The open, light-filled living area invites you to settle in, with two leather sofas and an HD TV creating a welcoming setting for downtime together. Split-system cooling and heating ensure year-round comfort, while a dedicated workspace offers a convenient spot to catch up on work when needed.

The kitchen makes cooking effortless, with generous bench space, an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and Nespresso machine. Linger over meals around the timber dining table, or follow the sunshine outdoors for alfresco BBQ feasts on the private deck. The leafy backyard invites games on the lawn, picnics beneath the open sky and sunny afternoons with a book. As night falls, cosy up around the fire pit and unwind beneath the stars.

The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, built-in storage, and an ensuite with a freestanding bath, walk-in rainfall shower, double vanity and toilet. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds and garden access. A second bathroom provides a spacious shower, giving groups added convenience.

A private laundry with a washing machine, dryer and sink makes longer stays easy. Driveway parking is available for two vehicles.

Within a six-minute drive, explore local favourites such as Ventura Cafe & Surf and Angie Sue Lauderdale for a casual café stop, or enjoy a meal at Driftwood Restaurant, @Rice and Altitude Restaurant. Seven Mile Beach is a short drive north when you feel like exploring another stretch of Hobart’s eastern shoreline.
