Three separate lounges with their own TV, a wet bar and dedicated workspace provide additional room to relax.

At the heart of the home is a stylish chef's kitchen with a butler's pantry, designed for effortless entertaining. Featuring premium appliances, a De'Longhi coffee machine and a spacious island, the kitchen opens seamlessly onto the large private deck with water views, where a gas BBQ, wall-mounted TV and a sweeping panorama create an unforgettable setting for memorable evenings.
