From the moment you step through the front door, the home`s beautiful hardwood timber floors make an immediate impression. Follow the entrance through to the main open-plan kitchen and dining, where natural light, generous proportions and the outlook across the River Derwent towards kunanyi / Mount Wellington create a fantastic heart of the home.

The large kitchen has been designed with plenty of room for families and groups to cook and gather together. There is an abundance of preparation and bench space, beautiful marble-style benchtops, an electric cooktop, two wall ovens, microwave, dishwasher and a large double fridge and freezer. The kitchen is well equipped with the essentials you`ll need to prepare meals during your stay. Coffee lovers are also covered with a Breville Nespresso pod machine and a starter selection of coffee pods supplied for your arrival.

Beside the kitchen is a beautiful large timber dining table with seating for eight, giving the whole group plenty of room to sit down together for breakfast, dinner or a few drinks at the end of the day. There is also a dedicated workspace within this area, providing a handy place to open the laptop or catch up on work when required.

The spacious living area is designed for relaxing, with comfortable seating and a large HD television for movie nights or quiet evenings at home. Board games are also provided for guests to enjoy. A reverse-cycle heat pump services the entire open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, keeping this central part of the home comfortable throughout Tasmania`s changing seasons.
