Cecil's Chapel offers a cozy and inviting retreat, perfect for couples or a small family seeking a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Enjoy your days on the deck with ample seating & a living room with a wall of windows with views of the lake. The tranquility & mountainous view also make this a great retreat anytime of the year!

We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the main entrance prior to check-in. We can be reached by phone, text, or email, during the duration of your stay.

Located minutes from Claytor Lake, 15 miles from Radford University, and 30 miles from Virginia Tech, this peaceful lakeside neighborhood offers scenic views and convenient access to outdoor recreation, local dining, and major attractions.

Welcome to this charming lakeside retreat, offering a cozy and spacious layout with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area, and a comfortable living room with large windows, and access to the patio. A full bathroom and a convenient laundry room are also located on this level. You’ll find the primary bedroom with a king-size bed and private balcony, along with a second bedroom featuring two twin-over-full bunk beds, perfect for families or groups.

Outside, enjoy direct lake access with a private dock, a fire pit surrounded by chairs for evening gatherings, and multiple decks with seating areas for dining or relaxing. The property offers ample parking and is conveniently located near Claytor Lake, Radford University, and Virginia Tech, making it the perfect getaway for both adventure and relaxation

What a relaxing time!

Well stocked, everything we needed. Easily make it to the water/dock. Loved the shade under the trees, spent evenings with a fire, whole family had a wonderful time fishing, playing, eating and just being together. Pet friendly, at the end of a very quiet road.

Beautiful Home Out of the Way

This house was wonderful
my only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. It is at the end of a long road but beautiful with lots of wildlife around. It was too cool for the lake but I look forward to a return visit!

Awesome property

Check in was easy. Property was super clean. Private, yet only minutes from town. I would definitely recommend this property to families with elderly parties. No steps, just very slight slant downhill walk to get to private dock! My elderly mother thoroughly enjoyed her stay! 1st floor bed and bath made it easy to navigate with her home oxygen. Many other properties could not accommodate. 5/5. Would definitely stay again.
