« The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent. »

« Great property for a couple days stay, if one is visiting the Mayo Clinics. Nice size rooms. Get one with an even number to decrease highway noise. Breakfast was decent. I thought the motel rooms and public areas were very clean. Assistance pertaining to local area was on the mark. With all the construction at medical centers, going one block south out of the parking lot to Second "Street" is a direct method to get downtown clinics! »

« I stayed at this hotel for my first trip to Mayo Clinic. The hotel has an hourly shuttle that is convenient. You can also catch the quarter-hour shuttle at St. Mary's (across the street) if you're mobile. The hotel is very casual. It's hard to figure out where to enter; I had parked and tried to get in a door that was only accessible to people with key cards; since the signage on that street indicated the hotel was *there*, that's where I tried to go in. « Dee Dee was so helpful with our stay. Construction all around and Dee Dee guided in easy to understand instructions. Property very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend. And St. Mary’s hospital right across street, nice parking. »

« Stayed one night and regretted it. The room was in poor condition from the moment we walked in, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. The bathtub was dirty and failed to drain properly, making it you stand in dirty bath/shower water. It felt like a cosmetic refresh had been done to mask deeper neglect rather than actually addressing the problems. The pool situation was somehow worse. It was packed well beyond what felt safe or comfortable, and there were children running unsupervised...

« I booked the hotel five hours before I check in the hotel and finally reach the Holiday Inn by 1 AM in the midnight and the staff is saying that they don’t have any more rooms left. They did not even mail me or contact me saying that the rooms are not available since they can see my booking information there. It was very terrible and ridiculous. Staff was not even caring. « Hôtel un peu vieillot, surtout le hall d’entrée. Au bord d’une rue en travaux, mais malgré tout notre chambre donnant sur le parking était assez calme. Salle de sport ridiculement petite ; grande comme un placard et seulement 2 appareils (vélo elliptique et tapis de marche si je me rappelle bien). On n’a pas testé la piscine. La chambre était très grande et la salle de bain pratique, car douche et WC étaient séparés du lavabo. Petit-déjeuner buffet pas très varié ni très fourni, mais correct....

« Never replaced towels daily. Doesn’t offer toothbrush or toothpaste.Rooms are dingy and old. Breakfast is ok. Pool facilities are ok. Management is nonchalant but one desk attendant was really nice . A young black guy. Would never stay at this hotel again. Only booked because of the shuttle bus to the hospital. Don’t book because if the price . Spend that extra $20 and go somewhere better. Thank me later »

« We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable. »

« This is the second stay at Centerstone and everything was the same as the first stay...excellent. It's always clean, nice soft beds and competent staff. The shuttle to Mayo makes our stay less stressful because we don't have to deal with the construction!!! »
