Reserved a non smoking room, but the room smelled like cigarette smoke and there was NOT a no smoking sign on our door like the room numbers higher then ours. »

« There was a flashing green light that blinked all night long on the smoke detector. I have epilepsy and it almost made me have a seizure. I got no sleep and would have asked to change rooms if it wasn ’t so late at night. Hotel should refund my money as it’s crazy to pay when the hotel makes it prohibitive albeit I’m possible to sleep and is a photosensitivity health issue. »
