My apartment has 4 bedroom that can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests. Situated in the center of Hiroshima. It is located in Hondori District. Surrounded with Restaurants and Shops and More.
You will enjoy the space of this unit and the lounge is big enough for 14 guests.
Everything you need is just few walks away. This is the best place to stay.

The Space:
This unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building. Access to entire apartment. No sharing with other guest.
Please note the building has no elevator.

Please note: Bedroom walls are not up to ceiling
Setting up the sofa bed is self service

The lounge is located just beside the unit. Feel free to use it during your stay.

Amenities is of hotel quality. Towels and Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) are provided during your stay

You get entire apartment. No Sharing with other guests.
The big lounge is exclusive for you located beside the unit.

Please note: Cleaning service is not provided during your stay. For longer stays, we kindly ask you to reuse towels by washing them with the in-room washing machine.

The Neighborhood:
Best Location RIGHT at Hondori shopping arcade
Please note that it is very near to a bar or night club.
30-second walk from Peace Park and 40 seconds to the Atomic Bomb Dome.
Furthermore, it is located along Hondori, and the nearest station can get on the airport limousine bus from there with a 1-minute walk from Kamiyacho Nishi M 9 bus center.
You can walk to the Green Arena in 5 minutes.
Also, the tour boat to Miyajima is a 30-second walk, making it convenient for transportation.
Located along the main road, there are many cafes, convenience stores, shopping malls, restaurants, and many things within a 100m radius.

Getting Around:
From Hiroshima Airport
Limousine bus to Hiroshima bus center (about 50 minutes)
It is a 5-minute walk from Hiroshima Bus Center.
10 mins Street car From Hiroshima Station
Around 2-minutes walk from Kamiyacho Nishi Station

【Coin parking】
There are lots of paid coin parking nearby.
If you come by car, you can use it for your confidence.

Other Things to Note:
This property has no front desk.
All check-in details, including the address and exterior photos, will be sent to you via message on the day of your arrival.
After your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to complete a guest registration form and upload a photo of your government-issued ID.

Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Please adhere to these times, as we need to clean for the next guest.

No smoking inside the unit.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
No pets allowed.

No Cleaning During Your Stay:
For multi-night stays, we ask that you reuse the towels provided and use the in-room washing machine if needed.

Guest Registration (Required by Japanese Law):
All hosts must collect guest information, including name, home address, occupation, and stay dates. If you do not have a home address in Japan, we are required to obtain a copy of your passport, including nationality and passport number.

CCTV/Security Camera:
For guest safety and to assist with self-check-in, the unit is monitored by CCTV. This is a legal requirement for hotels and short-term rentals.

Luggage Drop Off:
You may drop off your luggage before check-in if needed (self-service only), but we cannot store luggage after check-out.
