« Worst hotel in Sri Lanka and we had a horrible experience there. Extremely dirty and the staff did nothing. They were laughing instead of acknowledging their mistake and apologising. Everything was dirty and especially the bathroom. No towels an asked us to wait for 2h if we Plugs did not work. Woke us up at 7am for no reason. Terrible experience and would not recommend it at all. want ed some. »
