« First and foremost, the 5:00 PM check-in is ridiculous especially since you still have an 11:00 AM checkout. Secondly, the air conditioner in our room made so much noise we had to turn it off in order to sleep. Then there’s the breakfast, the hot food was all cold at 7:30. We are in this area regularly and have stayed here before. We will definitely make other arrangements next time. »

« The beds were wonderful! Clean and comfortable! But the floor was dirty, I’m pretty sure it hasn’t been mopped in months. There were water stains and lots of dirt on the tile floors. If I took a paper towel to wipe up from water dripping off a pop ( does have refrigerator and microwave that work) the paper towel was nasty with dirt from the floor. The shower and toilet were clean but the woodwork and tile again were dirty. Don’t get me wrong I had a great visit with my daughter and granddaughter...
