The setting is peaceful and private, surrounded by friendly permanent residents in one of the most unique and tranquil parts of Hindmarsh Island.

The Space:
Step inside to a bright, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area featuring a wood fireplace and large wall-mounted TV – ideal for cosy nights in after long days on the water. Floor-to-ceiling windows draw in natural light and give you a front-row seat to the sparkling river views.
Fully renovated in 2020, the house retains its mid-century design but has all the modern comforts you could want, ducted heating and cooling throughout, four spacious bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There’s room for up to 10 guests, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends.
Cooking is a breeze in the modern, fully equipped kitchen with electric cooktop and oven, microwave and full fridge/freezer. Or take things outdoors and make the most of the riverside lifestyle: fire up the BBQ, create pizzas in the outdoor oven, or relax on the expansive timber deck with stylish outdoor furniture.

With four comfortable bedrooms, there’s plenty of room for family and friends:
• Bedroom 1 – Queen bed, ceiling fan, stunning water views to the north, plus a private ensuite with a full glass window looking out to the landscape
• Bedroom 2 – Queen bed, ceiling fan and a desk – perfect for a quiet workspace
• Bedroom 3 – Queen bed, built-in robes, ceiling fan and access to the river
• Bedroom 4 – Sleeps 4 with 2 x single bunk beds – a fun space for kids or extra guests

The gorgeous main bathroom features a large vanity and walk-in shower, offering both style and comfort.
