Glass sliding doors leading outside to the undercover entertaining area. This space has a BBQ and outdoor furniture. Perfect to entertain your loved ones whilst soaking up the views and being on holidays. Grassed area and fully fenced from the waters edge.



Master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV mounted on the wall, split system, walk in robe and ensuite.

Bedroom two with a double size bed and built in robes.

Bedroom three with a queen size bed and built in robes.

Bedroom four has a tri bunk bed and built in robes.



Main bathroom has a separate bath, shower and basin.

Separate toilet.

Laundry with a washing machine.

There is 1 Kayak and 1 Paddleboard. No lifejackets are supplied, guests must bring their own to ensure a correct fit.
