Beautiful views of the water fill almost every window at this two-story villa, enviably situated right alongside Shelter Cove Harbor and Marina. In this scenic waterfront setting, you'll have unbeatable access to shopping, dining, and the best of Hilton Head Island.

This condo sits on the third (elevator-accessible) floor of its building in Harbourside at Shelter Cove, a complex with its own outdoor pool on the grounds. You'll find so much to explore and enjoy nearby, from Hilton Head's world-class golf courses to the island's 60+ miles of bike trails. The closest beach access point is only a mile away as well.

Each day here begins and ends outdoors, soaking up the gorgeous scene on your waterfront balcony. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee in cushioned lounge chairs, alfresco meals at the bistro table, and unforgettable sunset views out across the harbor and marina.

Inside, the villa is sleek and modern, with cool tones of gray running throughout. The first floor is an open and social space, bringing together a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, room to dine at both a breakfast bar and a high-top table, and a waterfront living room with a smart TV. The bedrooms are upstairs, each paired with its own smart TV and full bathroom. One includes a desk workspace, where you can log onto the WiFi and take work calls in peace.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful, clean condo. Very spacious. Had everything we needed. Loved being able to walk to shops, dining, and get ice cream nightly with the kids.

Except for the furniture being all different than the listing. The place is beautiful. The living room furniture has changed from the pictured and needs to be updated. Furniture in the second bedroom has been moved from other places in the unit. I recommend updating pictures. Other than that. It was a perfect place. Loved staying there. Would stay again. Amenities were perfect. Very well appointed unit.

Electronic lock didn’t work, it would work than stop. We were locked out at 11 at night and when we first got there. It wasted two hours of our vacation. Bill helped us but insisted it was our problem even though I had a video showing how it didn’t work. I was told a property manger and district manager would call me and they didn’t. The property is really nice despite the upstairs shower. Vacasa was the problem not the unit itself. Poor customer service to say the least. The after hours number didn’t know anything.

The area around the harbour was amazing with plenty of restaurants and shops. The interaction with the property managers was extremely disappointing. The large tv downstairs did not work and the managers admitted they know about it from a previous stay. They offered no aid in fixing it. Also, we were charged a hot tub cleaning fee and there is no hot tub in Harbourside 1. The third strike is that there was a large amount of white pet hair on the furniture both inside and on the patio. Nice area, but do not do business with the local Vacasa Management Company. You’ll be disappointed.

We planned a last minute trip to visit some family up in Hilton Head for the weekend. The condo was absolutely gorgeous, extremely well appointed, and the location was fantastic. It was the perfect space to be with each other and enjoy the area. We would definitely recommend this property to others and plan on returning.
