Guests initially enter Water Oak by walking up the exterior staircase from the driveway to the front porch and front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the home's first floor, which features the living room, dining area, kitchen, lower level suite, hallway bathroom and a laundry room. Walk up the stairs to find the king suite, the full suite and a twin daybed on the landing at the top of the stairs. You can access the expansive back deck through the living room, the side deck through the kitchen & dining area and private outdoor balconies through each bedroom in the villa. There is an outdoor shower -- perfect for rinsing off after a trip to the beach or the community pool -- conveniently located near the exterior staircase to the front door.

NO PETS. NO SMOKING (INCLUDING VAPING). Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Location! Location! Location! Wow! We loved being able to bike/walk to the beach, to the Dunes House for lunch or cocktails, to the General Store, to Big Jim’s! My family of ten stayed here comfortably and enjoyed the comfy beds with separate air conditioners in each bedroom. Everything needed for our stay was provided, and the condo truly felt like home. I think about our visit daily and I can’t wait to stay here again!
