Great condo in South Forest Beach, within walking distance of the beach. Easy 3 minute drive to shops and restuarants at Coligny Plaza, and the beautiful new Low Country Park. Bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms just renovated. Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine after a day at the beach on our shaded porch. Golfing, fishing, boating all nearby. No shoes, no shirt, no problem! Enjoy the laid back beach vibe of Hilton Head Island in our beautiful condo.

This villa was perfect for our family of 5. We had everything we needed to cook meals, do some laundry, and even vacuum up the constant stream of sand. The beds were also very comfortable after a long day in the sun. We made the mistake of assuming our parking pass we needed was at the same location as our villa. It was not. We had to drive 15 minutes to pickup our parking pass after we arrived. This was not the owners fault, as he let us know ahead of time and was very accommodating. Just a heads up for future visitors! Accessibility to the beach and all Hilton Head has to offer was within walking distance or a short drive. Highly recommend!

The property was very well kept and clean. It was hard to find the actual unit and it took us over an hour to track down. We reached out to the manager and he was able to help us get in finally. The numbers on the units are not very well lit and hard to read at night. I would suggest getting there during daylight hours. The parking is pretty tight also. We drove our truck and some of the spots were tricky to get in to. Overall we had a great time but do your research before you go about the area and how to navigate the island.

It was a perfect place to stay during our vacation. Close to the beach, a pool on the property, a well stocked kitchen, a stache of beach toys and supplies, and an overall great condo for a stay of any length. A special bonis was the super friendly turtles in the pond across the way and a gator sighting that thrilled our boys (from a distance far enough away to not stress out mom). We would recommend this place to anyone.

Another wonderful trip to Hilton Head. Condo was beautiful and well equipped. Check in was very easy. The location is great for anyone wanting to be close to the beach without being beachfront. It was a short, easy walk. There were also a lot of shopping, activities and restaurants nearby.

Much nicer than the last property we stayed at while vacationing in Hilton Head. Kitchen had what we needed to feed the family everyday. Appliances were nice and new. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. Plenty of room to hangout with our group of five. We would stay here again if we come back to Hilton Head.

The vrbo unit we rented was perfect for our stay in Hilton Head. Great location, close to the beach, shopping, a variety of restaurants and Sea Pines. The complex has 3 pools, tennis courts and a small lagoon with some wildlife. The unit is very clean, updated and modern and a great kitchen. The owner responded immediately whenever we inquired about anything snd was very accommodating to any request. Great stay.

It was our first time staying on this part of the island, and we really enjoyed it. The villa was just as described. It was quiet, updated, clean, and fully stocked with necessities. We experienced a minor issue in the beginning, but Bob immediately went above and beyond to fix it. The beach was a quick five minute or less bike ride to an uncrowded area. The pool and bike rack were very close to us. Every night we would hear the frogs which was entertaining for my son and husband. We always sleep with noise makers, so it wasn’t an issue. Overall, we loved this condo and the area. We would highly recommend it to others looking for a great time in HHI.

Clean, spacious townhome with comfy beds. Beach close in easy walking distance. As hosts, Bob and his wife super responsive to our questions. I had back bedroom which was extremely dark and quiet. Front bedroom faces a small road. Bike rental close by. A great rental and highly recommend.

This modern, spotless, comfortable home was a great place to stay for our week on HH. It was very well organized and provided absolutely everything we needed. The location was great, just short bike rides from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Parking was abundant, and the pool was nearby. We would certainly return.

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and just like the pictures showed. The bathrooms were clean and updated, kitchen had everything we needed. Close , easy walk or bike ride to the beach. Nicely updated. Plenty of towels, beach stuff, and other supplies. 10 minute walk to the beach but also close to Public beach parking. Close to pool (small pool). Had to mop ourselves when we got there because floor was dirty but maybe was just a cleaning mistake. Plenty of space. Lots of things to do nearby. Great communication from owner.

My two kids, husband, and I stayed in Bob’s villa last week and had such a wonderful time. It was perfect for our family of 4! The villa was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in. It was also incredibly helpful to have the beach wagon/umbrella/chairs so we didn’t have to bring those things with us! The pool area was nice and clean and wasn’t crowded at all. Bob was super responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back to stay at his villa again!

Great location, 10 minute walk to the beach. Parking available in-front of the unit. The main office to pick up Parking passes is 15 minutes away by car. Overall, we enjoyed the house, well equipped.
