Very nice well kept condo with a beautiful view of the Marina with spectacular yachts and sail boats. The spiral staircase takes some getting accustomed to and is not for the faint of heart. Really enjoyed our week there!

Fantastic!

Absolutely beautiful condo with beautiful view. Can watch fireworks and events at Shelter Cove from balcony. Great variety of pots and pans in kitchen (I’ve been in some that are lacking). Bed was comfortable. We did have to ask for more washcloths, and a lady brought us some. Walk to bakery downstairs; you will not be sorry.

Nice place but service was not very good

Pros-Very nice place. Perfect for our family of 4 Conveniently located on the island. Great view of the harbor. Cons- Upstairs gets a little warm. Was provided 2 wash cloths for our family of 4. Called 3 different times while we were there to ask for additional wash cloths. Was told they would send some over but we never received any. Ended up buying our own. Overall it is a nice place to stay, but was extremely dissatisfied with the service

Convenient location

The location is convenient to food and entertainment. The spiral staircase is something I will avoid as we get older. Had an issue with icemaker not working. Host text messaged me to try and remedy. I had already researched remedies. After a full day of texting they brought a bag of ice to us for the rest of the stay. Unit was clean and as described on the site.

Lovely Condo, Great Location, Beautiful View

Cons first: - Had to spend over 30 minutes on phone calls and emails just to confirm if the property had an elevator to this 3rd floor condo. I think this is the down side of dealing with a large rental company like Vacasa vs. a private owner. It does have a nice elevator making trips to car and back very easy. - Spiral staircase to the only bedroom - I knew when I booked it but just a caution that it's tricky to walk up and down. - Wouldn't stay here in the summer months because A/C is controlled on the main floor and I suspect it wouldn't stay cool enough for me at night in the top-floor bedroom. Even in March I kept temp at 67 to ensure cool enough for sleeping on top floor. - No info provided on the restaurants, stores, pool location, etc. - These items either not provided or insufficiently provided for a 1-week stay: Kleenex, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, kitchen garbage bags. In Hilton Head buying all this stuff can add up quickly so plan to bring your own. - Balcony is narrow and tiled - when it rains I would argue the balcony is unusable due to getting completely wet and very slippery Pros: - Very clean, stunning view of marina from both floors, wonderful hot tub for 2 on upper floor, comfortable bed - Well equipped kitchen. Sufficient balcony furniture and chairs were fairly comfortable. - Quiet area, unit is right beside the elevator so easy access in and out of parking lot. Parking is just outside the unit. - Garbage shute right outside of unit's front door makes it easy to dispose of garbage

Great Place To Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lovely open space condo with lots of natural light from all the windows and sliding glass doors. Beautiful view from the balcony. Nicely decorated and comfortable mattress on bed. The Shelter Cove area has lots of shops, good restaurants, and walking paths.

It was nice except

The room itself was nice and very much enjoyable. However, the minor concern was a previous persons hair coming out of the whirlpool tub’s jets. A major and worst experience of this was - in the bathroom there were no bath mats provided and upon exiting the tub I slipped and the back of my head broke open, resulting in a trip to the ER and staples. To make matters worse, the phone line for after hours emergency, whoever was on the other end was one of the most inconsiderate people I’ve ever talked to in my life. My husband frantically told her what’s going on and all she said was we had to check out by 10am..

Great week!

Special place. Great views, great location, very comfortable and clean. Looks exactly like the the photos. You can hear the bar and events downstairs so personally would consider when I book again but totally plan to book again.

We loved the property. We had everything we needed. The only problem is the upstairs bedroom gets very warm. The thermostat is downstairs and the upstairs doesn't get as cool as needs to be.

Great location, views and the unit is well decorated and furnished. The deck is great. The only issue is that the bed was advertised as a king and was actually a queen. Additionally, the linens and towels were not very high quality. Would be back but might bring my own linens.

Lovely Views & Perfect Location

We love Shelter Cove, and this was the ideal location with views of the marina and gorgeous sunsets. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony and biking/walking to the nearby stores and restaurants. It was the perfect place for us!
