22 W. Beach Lagoon offers a single-story layout with four bedrooms, four baths, great room with living room and dining combination, large eat-in kitchen and private sitting room/2nd living area with sleeper sofa. A private pool and outdoor spa make your vacation experience complete, and the location of the property is convenient to all of the amenities of Sea Pines Resort. The Beach Lagoon neighborhood is in high demand for the preserved and historic Spanish moss-draped oaks that define the South Carolina Lowcountry, and the stunning Gold Coast beach on the Atlantic Ocean is just a short walk away.

Upon entering the home, you will be drawn into the main living room and dining area with a gorgeous backdrop provided by the private pool and golf view. The kitchen is separated from the main living room by a bar and bar stools, which provide extra dining options and the look and feel of a large and open great room in the center of the home perfect for family gatherings, dinners and watching the game. The large kitchen features a breakfast nook, plenty of counterspace and laundry area with full-size washer/dryer concealed behind closet doors.

The bedrooms are spread out evenly throughout the home for optimal separation. The front left bedroom is perfect for kids of all ages with 2 sets of bunk beds, twin sleeper sofa, TV and closet. This bedroom shares a full bath (double vanity and a bathtub/shower combination) with a private sitting room with sectional couch (full sleeper sofa), TV, desk and closet. This sitting room has four walls and a door for complete privacy but also serves as a 2nd living room perfect for games, movies or quiet reading. The rear bedroom on the left side of the home serves as a master bedroom with king bed, daybed/trundle, TV, closet and private bath with walk-in shower and double vanity.

The right side of the home features a master suite in the back with access to pool deck, TV, closet and full bath with walk-in shower. The front guest bedroom on this side of the house features 2 queen beds, closet, TV and full hall bath with shower/tub combination. In all, 22 W. Beach Lagoon sleeps 14 guests in beds and 16 with use of the sleeper sofas.

One of the focal points of 22 W. Beach Lagoon is the private pool and spa with scenic backdrop of historic live oaks, native Palmetto trees and golf course view. Patio furniture and gas grill are provided for guest enjoyment and countless hours of recreation and relaxation. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool can be heated for an additional fee. An additional amenity offered to guests is a tennis membership at South Beach Racquet Club, which includes 1-hour of free court time each day of your vacation. In addition, paying guest reservations staying between 4-21 nights will receive VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.
