This beautiful condo with queen size sofa sleeper is located in Building one on the First Floor in the Villamare Oceanfront Complex with elevator | Just Steps from the Beach and new Serenity adults only pool!

You will need to pay Palmetto Dunes security directly for the gate pass to enter the private South Gate, $35 per week per vehicle. Every guest will have the option of purchasing at least two gate passes.

1109 is new to the Bradley Beach Side Properties Portfolio and is a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 full bath villa with new pools and ocean views from the balconies outside both bedrooms and the main living area.
When entering the villa, guests will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room/dining area. This bright and spacious condo boasts a 55” flat screen smart television with digital cable in the living room. The kitchen offers a bar with 2 stools and also a dining table that seats 6 comfortably.
The master bedroom, located just off the living area, has a king size bed and spacious updated bathroom with separate vanity and new large walk-in shower and free standing bathtub. You also have access to the balcony that is shared with the living room from the master bedroom. The guest bedroom, to the right when entering the villa, has 2 queen size beds, a nightstand and dresser, and a newly renovated private bath with spacious walk-in shower. This bedroom has its own private balcony for taking in the ocean views and breezes.
Guests staying in the Villamare complex have complimentary access to the Fitness Center and indoor pool on site and all of the amenities the Palmetto Dunes Resort community has to offer. These include but aren't limited to world class tennis and pickle ball facilities, two excellent golf courses for a fee, and beach facilities at the Dunes House.

OUTDOOR POOL: The pools are normally open March 15 -November 30 and are heated March 15 -April 30 and October 15 - November 30th (dates are subject to change at Board’s discretion). During the closed season, the deck is still open for those who wish to use it. The kids’ pool is open April 1st-September 30th and the hot tub is open year-round.
INDOOR POOL & FITNESS CENTER:
The indoor pool and health club are open daily 8am-5pm and is for use by Villamare owners and their guests only. Guests must show proof of their stay at Villamare by presenting their vehicle pass or rental confirmation.

We loved how close this condo is to the pools and beach. It made moving about with our children so much easier. Checking in and out was hassle-free and the condo had everything we could have needed. It was also clean and well-organized. We cant wait to book another stay!

Overall it was nice. The pros: The owner provides some necessities that others don't; laundry soap, dishwasher soap, cleaning products, full size shampoo, conditioner and body/hand soap. The place was clean and the recent renovations are nice. The cons:Be prepared for NOISE! The elevator shaft and fire pump room sit on the other side of the guest bedroom wall, so you hear the elevator running at all hours. The fire pump room is run for 15 minutes every Friday and the noise is so loud, we had to leave the unit. We were not warned of this and totally caught off guard. The kitchen is so small that only one person can be in it at one time and the dishwasher has to be completely shut to open up drawers and cupboards that are next to it. The view is of the parking lot. You see a small view of the ocean through the trees. The beds and the couch are the most uncomfortable I have ever slept/sat on that I dreaded going to bed. There is no cupboards to store food so you have to use a few shelves in the laundry room. unit owner may want to consider purchasing new mattresses, a new couch and a stackable washer/dryer and use some of the closet space for a pantry. Also consider going through the cabinets and getting rid of items that people on vacation don't tend to use (2 coffee pots, breakable heavy dishware, etc)

This condo is absolutely wonderful. We just returned from our stay here and will absolutely return. First and foremost, the entire place was spotless. You can tell the cleaning staff comes in and does a thorough cleaning of the property after it is used. The condo is spacious and well decorated and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare any meal. Linens and towels are plentiful. The recent upgraded walk-in showers and owner touches are extremely well done -- the master shower is especially heavenly. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our vacation. The condo is located on the first floor and close to the elevator and trash chute which was incredibly convenient. The view from every room is the new Serenity Pool and ocean. The free shuttle service was great, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach. Communication with Bradley Beach Side Properties, the new management company was super easy and Keith's response time was very fast. Overall, this condo is a complete win. You should absolutely stay here if you are looking for a clean place with updated showers and with direct ocean, and pool views while on HHI!
