    Just a heads up---The Regime had us move the grill due to local fire code requirements. However, there is a community grilling area located near the pool that you are welcome to use during your stay.

    There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet if you plan to bring a pet. Please let us know how many pets will be accompanying you so we can update your reservation accordingly.



    A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. No cats are permitted. But you may ask us to see if owners will allow.

Stayed here over spring break with our family and dog. Had plenty of room for everybody and the home was very clean and nicely appointed. Convenient location to activities, beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Week at Evian 139

We had a wonderful week staying at Evian 139. The entire family was able to relax and enjoy a quality unit in beautiful surroundings. This was the first time we stayed in Shipyard in many years, but because of our experience at Evian, we will look forward to returning there.

Loved the location and the layout of the home. My only complaint was that the twin beds were super uncomfortable and the downstairs king was very squeaky. Bedsides from that we had a great trip!

Very nice location, close to everything you want to explore in HHI. Rental process was easy, good value, and as presented in photos. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. Recently updated master bath. Pet friendly but no obvious signs of pet wear and tear. Would rent again!

Had an awesome stay at Evian 139. The location is perfect, close to everything but secluded enough to relax and unwind. The furniture and bedding was very comfortable. The pool and beach access is very close to the condo . My family enjoyed our stay so much we are already planning on coming back next year and plan to stay in the same unit!
