Stylish & Comfortable Interior: Recently remodeled with modern finishes, this villa offers a cozy living room with a brand-new sofa and a dining area with seating for four.

Office Nook: An extra counterspace with a printer is perfect for remote work.

Wet Bar: Additional counter space for entertaining.

Private Balcony: Overlooks the tennis courts and landscaped grounds, with seating to enjoy morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Suite: Queen bed with en suite bathroom, fresh towels, and linens.

Guest Bedroom: Queen bed with access to a second full bathroom.

Entertainment: TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, with cable and streaming options.



***We are located on the third floor, requiring traversing two and a half flights of stairs... which are a breeze... but wanted to make sure any wheelchair or mobility concerns are noted. There are no elevators at The Spa.***

Guest Access:

Enjoy the entire villa! A smart lock code will be provided a few days prior to check-in for easy access to the property. The community is gated and your parking pass will be provided at the front security gate upon arrival with ID and $25 payable by credit card. If you require a second pass (the maximum allowed), it is an additional $25 at the security gate.

Pest Control

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
