Come stay in this ocean view, fully furnished 1 bedroom plus a comfortable pull-out sofa in the living room and child size bunks in the hall with a privacy door from main living area, 1-bathroom, full size appliances. This partially updated villa has private access to the beach and oceanfront pool at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort (2 pools, 2 restaurants, beach front access, gym, tennis and pickleball courts etc.) and just steps out your door onto the boardwalk to the beach from this first floor villa. You will be glad you booked this one.



Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is one of the premier resorts on Hilton Head. It features the largest beach front pool on HHI, 8 lit tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, a tennis pro on-site, and a remodeled fitness center. During the summer enjoy Monday night movies and Wednesday evening karaoke at the pool. Enjoy lunch, dinner or drinks at Jamaica Joez beach bar and dinner or drinks at Coconutz Sports bar. Bike rentals available at the resort.

Hilton Head Beach and tennis Resort offers 4 private entrances to the beach, the largest beach front pool on the island, a beach bar cafe at the entrance to the beach and next to the pool. There are 8 tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts, a playground, and a 2nd pool at the resort. There are 2 additional restaurants for eat-in or delivery to the villa. There is a laundry room down the hall from the villa. Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort offers everything on site to make you vacation one to remember and return to each year. Waterfront restaurants and golf are just a short drive away. There is a seasonal shuttle to get your around the island that runs April - October. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails get around. Bike rentals can be found at the resort entrance.

Getting Around:

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island without a car. Bike riding on the beach is also a plus. Breeze bus stop in front of resort. Free trolly during summer months.

Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.
