● BEACH
Our condo is located in an oceanfront building on Bradley Beach, just steps to the sand! The beach is just a short 2-3 minute walk away. The boardwalk entrance is located at the end of the parking lot next to the large oceanfront pool! (see drone photos)

● LAUNDRY
As is customary in vacation rentals, laundry & restocking linens is not included after check-in. "Pay as you Go" Laundry Rooms are located on the 1st & 2nd floors of the building. Please download the FREE CleanPay mobile app, register, and start the machine by scanning the QR Code or entering the machine number. If you prefer you can pay by purchasing a refillable Laundry Card in the 1st floor Laundry Room or scanning your credit card at the machine - $3 per wash & $3 per dry.

● PARKING
Plenty of parking on both sides of our building. Resort Gate Pass for one car is included in your reservation. There is a resort fee of $35 per car for additional parking passes.
