**New to the rental market! This newly renovated Palmetto Dunes property offers 5 bedrooms, an eat in kitchen, outdoor seating, an oversized indoor pool (perfect for year round use in rain or shine) and a dock on the the famous 11 mile lagoon!** (note: duffy boat is not for guest use)

FREE activities included with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one free round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one free round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bike from Island Cruisers to start your stay.

First Floor: kitchen, dining, living room, sitting room, laundry, half bath, access to indoor pool
Bedroom 1: primary king, TV, ensuite bath (tub shower combo)
Bedroom 2: full murphy bed, twin day bed, TV

Ground floor: Indoor pool, TV, popcorn machine

Lagoon dock: Access to 11 mile lagoon. Great for fishing (catch and release- license required if 16+). Duffy boat is not for guest use.

Garage is not for guest use and is locked at all times.

Indoor Pool: 30' long & 15' wide, 3' to 5' deep. *The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $1200/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in the VRBO total. If you would like to add it to your stay, it must be requested and paid for separately.

Car Passes: Palmetto Dunes Car Passes must be ordered at time of booking and can be picked up at our office on day of arrival. If you do not add passes at the time of booking, our Guest Ambassador with reach out to coordinate.

Seasonal Beach Shuttle: Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE on demand and door to door shuttle to the beach and Shelter Cove Marina, Shops, and Restaurants. This Shuttle runs from April through September.

Starter amenities (1-3 day's worth) including: bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, dish detergent, dish soap, kitchen trash bags, laundry detergent, one roll of paper towels, toilet paper, 2 rolls per bathroom.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Express Card. ID Verification is required.
