Thoughtfully reimagined from top to bottom, this bright and airy retreat showcases brand-new flooring, stylish furnishings, and fully updated bathrooms and kitchen. Beach-inspired décor, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops create a fresh, welcoming atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for a relaxing island escape.

    Designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests, the villa features a serene primary bedroom with a King bed and an ensuite bathroom, along with a second bedroom offering a Queen bed and easy access to a full hallway bathroom. The open living space is ideal for unwinding after a day outdoors, complete with new flat-screen televisions in both bedrooms and the living room. Just steps from the unit, a dedicated beach path provides direct access to the Atlantic Ocean, making beach days simple and stress-free.

The property is in a great location walkable to restaurants and shops in Coligney Plaza. It presented just as the photos indicated. The included beach bikes were a great bonus! Property Management communicated clearly and was very responsive. Long term rentals like me would benefit from additional kitchen towels & dish rags, updated deck furniture and plastic cocktail glasses (we purchased some and left for other guests). All in all loved our stay and plan a return.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was ideal close to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, making the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. I truly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely consider staying again in the future. Highly recommend!

Had a great week and the place was clean and comfortable and updated. Would definitely stay again. Minor issue is the patio door didn’t slide very well but didn’t affect our stay at all

Great stay!

This property had everything we needed, was super clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer available. We appreciated the little touches like the soaps and lotions and cute little bags. Having bikes and beach chairs available for our use was a big savings. When I called for a minor maintenance issue, it was resolved the same day while we were out.
