Relax in the serenity of this exceptional Calibogue Club end unit villa. This home highlights glass exterior all along the back and side displaying private, tranquil tidal water views and a lake view from the front. Few villas provide such impressive wildlife viewing! Professionally decorated and recently updated, this coastal haven offers a private retreat with cathedral ceilings and an abundance of natural light. It maximizes outdoor living with a cozy screened-in porch with Adirondack chairs and a spacious deck with a table for outdoor dining. The interior offers a comfortable great room with plenty of seating and a large screen smart TV, along with its magnificent views. The large, bright eat-in kitchen is well stocked with all new appliances and kitchenware. There is also a large dining room to enjoy family gatherings. Whether you're relaxing in the great room or preparing delicious meals in the kitchen, the combination of comfort and functionality provides a delightful experience inside this beautiful home. The 1st-floor master suite provides wide tidal views, a spa-like bath, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom, also located on the first floor, includes a king size bed with private access to the bathroom. Ascend the spiral staircase to discover a large loft with two twin beds and a half bath, ensuring ample space for everyone to unwind and enjoy. You will have access to enjoy our complex's pool, tennis, and pickleball courts. Parking in driveway for 2 cars, one fits in the garage, and the other behind in the driveway. Additional parking is available in a guest lot about 200 steps away by the pool. No parking is permitted on the street and is enforced.

Within the private community of Sea Pines, enjoy the most exquisite, beautiful sand beaches, ride bikes along miles of tree lined trails and the beach, access local wildlife at the Sea Pines Preserve, stroll to the famous Harbour Town & its lighthouse, yachts, charming shops and restaurants nearby. And don't forget to visit our beautiful Beach Club and famous Salty Dog Restaurant at South Beach for cocktails and great food!

Beautiful place and centrally located. It was clean, equipped with everything we needed for a week stay. Very comfortable space for 4 adults and 1 toddler. We loved the screened-in porch and the garage to store the bikes we rented. The walk-in closet fit a full size crib perfectly. The hosts were very friendly and responsive with our questions. We will definitely be back!!

We had the most wonderful week at your beautiful property! Everything was super clean, the views were amazing, and the kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen that we have ever stayed in! We enjoyed watching all of the friendly wildlife that came up to the deck every evening to say hello! The hosts were so generous, helpful, and friendly! We felt as if we were their friends! This was our first time staying at this great property. We have stayed in this neighborhood many times so we were familiar with what Sea Pines and the surrounding area has to offer. This home is situated between a marsh and a lagooon. It is well cared for, nicely furnished and has a well stocked kitchen. It is within walking distance of Harbor Town and close to many restaurants, both in and outside of Sea Pines. There is an abundance of wildlife visible both on the marsh and in the lagoon. We will definitely be back.

Lovely townhouse with extensive views of marsh at Calibogue Cay neighborhood in Sea Pines. Well equipped kitchen with adjacent screened in porch perfect for morning coffee and dinners in. Large primary bedroom with a comfortable bed and updated primary bath with terrific walk in shower. We enjoyed our stay here immensely. Will return if the opportunity presents.

This villa was clean and perfectly equipped and organized for a more than comfortable week. The owners were very communicative and ensured that our needs were met. The home was perfect for 5 adults and the location allowed for easy trolley access and beautiful bike rides along the trails and beach. Mornings and evenings in the screened porch area allowed for us to enjoy the deer and spectacular storms over the marsh. Definitely a memorable family vacation!

This property really has everything one is looking for when booking a vacation rental: clean, organized, well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, convenient location, spacious accommodations, comfortable beds, fantastic water pressure, and clean bathrooms. Primary suite is huge with walk in closet and impressive bath. Loft area was a dream for our daughter. Screened-in porch was so nice to enjoy in the mornings and evenings- feels like looking out to a nature preserve. Truly a wonderful home to relax. Would love to stay here again. Appreciate that owners take pride in their home and make guests feel very welcome. Amazing line of communication with owners.

This property was amazing for our family (grandparents, parents, two babies)! We have been to Hilton Head, and specifically Sea Pines, over 20 times and this was one of our favorite views and spaces that we've had at a rental. The marsh view is just beautiful, and it was fun to watch the tide come in and out and the animals that come and go there. We had many deer visitors, which my toddler loved. It's clear the owners have put a lot of thought into making the space comfortable and easy to use. It also feels incredibly private because you can't really see any other houses from the primary suite and screened porch in the back. Good location within Sea Pines and having a garage was nice. We will definitely be checking their calendar for our next trip!!

Four lady teammates rented this villa for our tennis tournament. This villa was perfect for us. It was clean, well stocked and wonderful location for our visit. This little gem was PERFECT for our group of 5 ladies! Everything was immaculate and it’s exactly how it is listed. The location is so close to everything we did (tennis, golf, shopping and bike rentals). The beds were super comfortable and it was extremely neat! The kitchen was well equipped. This a spacious end unit where the backyard overlooks the marsh. Every night we sat on the screen enclosure patio and enjoyed the ambiance and weather while having some wine. We even got to see a deer up close. The communication with the owners prior and after our rental was EXCELLENT!! We will definitely be renting this piece of paradise for our next tennis tournament next year at Sea Pines.
