The two bedrooms are located on the second floor of the villa. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, flat screen television, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom contains a standard shower/tub combination and vanity. The guest bedroom is furnished with two double beds and an ensuite bathroom, containing another shower/tub combination.

The gathering area on the main floor has a loveseat and large sleeper sofa, centered around the flat screen television. The dining table can accommodate up to six guests, with two additional stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double sink, stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The in-home laundry units are found adjacent to the pantry. The glass sliding doors lead to the balcony, where guests can enjoy a view of the pool from the high-top patio table and chairs.

The amenities card provides for access to the community pool. The seasonal free shuttle, which services North and South Forest Beach Avenues and Coligny Plaza is available for guests. Celebration Park is a short 5-minute walk that includes a pirate ship, playground, wading pool, pavilion, and fitness station. The next stop after Celebration Park is Coligny Beach Park; which offers outside showers, public beach access and walking and biking paths, with entertainment for all ages!
