The second living area, situated toward the back of the home, offers beautiful views of the private deck and pool.

Dining options abound, with a dining table for six located adjacent to the second living room and another dining table, seating eight, situated in the open-plan kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cherry cabinets, and additional seating at the island. Conveniently located off the kitchen are a full bathroom, a laundry room, and access to the two-car garage.
