Designed for comfort and relaxation, this villa features a spacious open floor plan with tasteful updates throughout. The living room offers comfortable seating with swivel rockers and a sofa, a cozy infrared fireplace for cooler evenings, a 43` HDTV with cable and high-speed Wi-Fi for streaming or working remotely.

French doors open to your own private, enclosed courtyard—an ideal spot to enjoy morning coffee, an afternoon read, or evening cocktails. The outdoor furniture creates an inviting space to relax after a day at the beach.

Comfortable Sleeping
The spacious bedroom features a new king-size mattress designed for a restful night`s sleep, along with generous closet space and storage. Additional sleeping accommodations are available on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Linens and towels provided. A pack `n play is stored in the closet for little ones.

The laundry room is tucked in the hallway with a full-size washer and dryer, making it easy to pack light.

The updated kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including:

Resort Amenities
St. Andrews Common is one of the most desirable communities within Palmetto Dunes, known for its lush landscaping and one of the nicest pools in the resort. The pool is only a short walk from the villa. Pool is OPEN SEASONALLY April 1–October 31 from sunrise to sunset. The sundeck overlooking the lagoon is open year-round.

The beach is approximately an 8-minute bike ride or a quick drive away. During the seasonal operating months (typically April through early September), guests may also enjoy the complimentary Palmetto Dunes Buggy, which provides transportation to the areas within the community like the beach, Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina, restaurants, and shopping.

Key code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes are included in your rental rate. If you will need additional passes for your vehicles, you will need to pay $45.00 per pass and request all passes through host. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Palmetto Dunes. MAXIMUM OF 4 PASSES PER STAY ARE PERMITTED IN ST. ANDREWS COMMON.

Explore Palmetto Dunes Resort on 50 miles of protected trails for walking, jogging, or biking. Kayak or canoe your way around the calm 11-mile saltwater lagoon. Bikes, kayaks, beach and sporting equipment can be easily rented locally. The Dunes Buggy is a complimentary seasonal shuttle service (subject to resort availability) for those who prefer to catch a ride to destinations within Palmetto Dunes & Shelter Cove Marina.

The villa is located in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes. Easy bike ride or walk to the beach. The resort has miles of bike paths, sidewalks and lagoon access for kayaking! The mid-island location is close to restaurants, shopping and the beach by vehicle or The Dunes Buggy shuttle service seasonally.

No Smoking. No Pets. No Parties. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the home or move it from one room or to another. NO RV`s, sprinter vans or shuttles. No motorcycles or trailers are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured. Only St Andrews Common parking passes are permitted in parking lot. Other vehicles with passes from different complexes are subject to a citation or tow.

Pest Control
All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
