Offering the ideal Hilton Head location within walking distance to Coligny Beach, shops and restaurants, and the Celebrations Park,. This two-story condo is a scenic spot for both recreation and relaxation.



Enjoy live music, food, cold drinks and oceanfront views at The World Famous Tiki Hut or frozen tropical cocktails at Pool Bar Jims - both just a short walk from the villa!! Free golf cart rides and the Breeze Trolley are other ways to get from here to there on Hilton Head's South end.



This updated villa has all the comforts of home! This 2 story villa is located on the second floor.

Our spacious 2 bedroom villa sleeps up to 5 guests. The primary suite has a King-sized bed, while the second bedroom has 1 Full-sized bed and 1 twin-sized bed. Both bedrooms have ample storage. There are 3 baths- 2 full baths located upstairs and a half bath on the main floor for your convenience!



The kitchen is completely ready for your cooking and entertaining needs. The back balcony with spiral stairs leads you to the community grounds and the Springwood community pool.



This condo sits alongside a creek in Springwood Villas, a property that boasts an outdoor swimming pool with its sundeck and ample lounge chairs for relaxing, reading or just catching some island sunshine! There are also umbrella-topped tables for gathering and perhaps a picnic lunch or snack poolside! Enjoy easy access to the Cordillo Tennis/Pickleball Courts across the street.

Both Low Country Celebrations Park and the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza are just under quarter mile away.



If you are an early riser you will not want to miss our beautiful sunrises on the beach - grab a coffee and make the quick walk to the beach....you won't be disappointed! You're going to love our place and we can't wait to share it with you!



The pool is open daily from 8AM to dusk from April 1st through October 31st.



Please note, all cancellations are subject to a non-refundable processing fee.



No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. No trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the bike racks provided.

Key code will be provided prior to check-in time for easy access to the property.

Amazing walkability! Breeze Shuttle available mid-March thru October to get you to the beach, shopping, restaurants or just to see whats out there!! Public parking available near the beach.

Pest Control

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
