The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and a coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals or enjoy your morning coffee before heading out.



Sleeping arrangements:

- Master bedroom: King bed + twin pull-out (inside the closet)

- Second bedroom: Twin bunk beds, twin trundle + sofa bed



This setup comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together.



A washer and dryer are also available in the unit for your convenience.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire villa.

You’ll also enjoy access to Queens Grant community amenities, including multiple swimming pools and beautifully maintained grounds.

Palmetto Dunes Resort offers additional amenities such as golf courses, tennis and pickleball facilities, and scenic bike paths.



Other Things to Note:

We provide one pass with your reservation. If you need an additional pass, it can be ordered for an extra fee.



If the parking pass is lost, regardless of the situation, an additional charge will apply, as Palmetto Dunes is a very strict community when it comes to their policies.
