    Hilton Head Harbour Town, with its shops, restaurants, and children's playground, is a short drive away, and the Shipyard Golf Course, Van der Meer Tennis Academy, and the Hilton Head beach are just a short walk from the townhouse. On nearby William Hilton Parkway, there are restaurants, a Fresh Market, and a comedy club, and a variety of walking trails wind through the beautifully landscaped Shipyard Plantation.



    The ground-floor, L-shaped deck attached to this townhouse has two separate seating areas, and you can cookout on the wooden deck with the included gas grill. This condo was amazing, it had everything we needed there. Set up of home was perfect and location was perfect! We had a great family vacation there. Vacasa was top notch, made everything super easy!

This was everything we needed for our vacation. Great location, very clean and well organized. All of the appliances worked great. The beds, couches and chairs were very comfortable. Awesome place!

Great for a family of 6 and terrific location in Shipyard!

Great layout with master suite downstairs and huge porch! Location is near the pool and walking distance to the ocean. The property had everything we needed and was very clean and in good condition. We would definitely stay at this property again and it was dog friendly!

Loved the location! Close to golf, tennis, trails, and the beach. The 3 bedroom /3 bathroom townhouse had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the master bathroom had a bug issue during our stay.

HHI is our favorite beach vacation spot - we usually stay in Palmetto Dunes, but this time we decided to try something differentx this townhouse was perfect; right on the end unit; very spacious for six of us & pet friendly too. Short walk to beach. Highly recommend it!

A Great Stay in Hilton Head!

The condo was just as described, very clean and nicely decorated. Maybe a ten minute walk to the beach or a quicker bike ride. The pool is straight across from the property. The outside deck has a large table, BBQ and plenty of seating. A great place to stay!

Great stay

Wonderful location to the pool. Condo was beautiful. We stayed with 7 families at the Greens in Shipyard, and everyone had their own condo. This was for sure one of the nicer ones. Only issue would be small trash cans outside, do they were full very quickly. Very small issue. Hoping we can stay again next year.

Some hiccups

The stay was nice and directly across from the pool. The kitchen had ample dishes, cookware and storage. The only thing we had issues with was the sliding glass door did not lock. We called Vacasa and someone came at the end of the day and put a temporary J-hook lock for our stay. Two sinks were clogged/slow draining. It would be nice to have more towels and blankets. The bed pillows need replacing. Overall, we would stay there again.

The Greens Condo 172

The condo was very nice. Directly across from the pool. Floors look newly updated. No tub for kids. Was a long walk to the beach with two youngsters but we rented bikes and was there in no time. Bike trails in Shipyard are nice and shady. Would recommed this condo and would stay there again.

Beautiful-but guard gate ruined it

Well stocked & beautiful condo-but won’t stay in Shipyard again. Guard gate was ridiculous, wouldn’t let family drop off our adult children because the driver wasn’t registered. We had a gathering of friends & family for dinner-called Vacasa office, gave names in advance -both gates did not have info. Refused to let guests in.

Great unit and great service

This is one of the few 3 bedroom units in the Greens. We've stayed at many units (and own one!) and this is one of the best. The layout is great, the space is wonderful, and the kitchen is beautiful. Additionally, the service from Vacasa was wonderful. When we discovered that the wifi wasn't working, Terrie Stille (from Vacasa) came over ON A SUNDAY to fix the wifi and also took care of the other minor issues. I know that service companies who manage the Greens units can be hit and miss - this one is a hit!

Great Stay

The condo was perfect for our whole family. One of the best parts is the pool is located right outside our condo. The condo was very clean and provided everything you would need to eat in or grill out. We did both and went out to eat. Our only suggestion would be to get larger trash cans or every other day garbage pick up. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and we had to even put garbage in the recycle bin. And the racoons would still get into it. They would knock the bins over and wake us up each night. Maybe locks on the containers so people wouldn't have to clean trash in the mornings. But it was a perfect stay other than that. Thank you for a beautiful condo. Highly recommend it!!!!

Great location!

The location was great allowed our handicapped daughter easy access to the pool! We love Shipyard Plantation and the beach access was very close. The kitchen was well stocked and the unit was very clean. Unfortunately, the grill did not work even though the unit was advertised to have a grill. Also the wrap around deck was beautiful; however, the tables and chairs were very dirty and obviously had not been cleaned in a while. As a result, we did not use the outdoor space as much as we thought. The outdoor deck was one of the reasons we booked this unit. Also the pillows desperately need to be replaced. The showers and bathrooms were great and the bedrooms very clean and comfortable. I would ask the cleaning service to add the deck surface, tables and chairs to their cleaning routine. Also make sure that the grill is in working condition!
