Villamare 3430 is a beautifully updated condo, scenically situated on the fourth floor of Villamare in Palmetto Dunes. Here in Building 3 of this oceanfront complex, you'll have views out over the treetops and a glimpse of the ocean from the two separate balconies.

Enter the villa and be greeted by views of greenery and the ocean horizon through floor-to-ceiling windows along the rear wall. New furnishings and cool tile floors create an inviting welcome. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, newer appliances, and a large breakfast bar. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and opens to the living room, where you'll find new and updated furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, accent chairs, and a smart TV.

The main bedroom features a king-size bed, a large TV, balcony access, and an updated en suite bath with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is located off the main foyer and has two queen beds, a TV, balcony access, and an updated en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

One of the best features of Villamare is its brand-new, outdoor, oceanfront pool complex, completed in 2024. On the grounds, you'll also have access to an indoor heated pool, a spa, a fitness room, a sauna, a steam room, a covered gazebo, and a picnic deck with tables, grills, benches, and swings for your enjoyment. Within easy walking distance, find the Fazio and Arthur Hills Golf Courses; Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center; bike, kayak, canoe rentals; and the Marriott and Omni!

From Memorial Day to Labor Day, Palmetto Dunes has the free Beach Buggy that will come and pick you up, bring you to the beach, and drive you back home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
