Sitting in the southern portion of Hilton Head Island and just a short walk from the beach, you will be in a great location near South Beach and Harbour Town. You won't have to leave home base to fill days with fun with the beautiful private pool, lush greenery, a private gas grill for summer cookouts, and ample seating right outside. Plus, any downtime spent indoors will also be comfortable, with hardwood floors throughout, natural light flooding into each room, tasteful beach decor, and high-end furnishings! When everyone works up an appetite, the group's chef will be more than happy to whip up tasty meals with the gourmet kitchen boasting a gas range, wine fridge, double oven, large island, a TV, and all of the utensils needed for any recipe. Not to mention, free high-speed WiFi will keep everyone connected and entertained during your stay!

This home has plenty of room to spread out and find your piece of paradise between the two levels. The lower level is home to the kitchen, dining area, living room with a large TV and plush furnishings, and laundry room. Head up to the second floor, and you will find another lounge with a TV and a desk area for remote work.

THINGS TO KNOW
This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee and a minimum of three nights. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool cannot maintain a warmer temperature. Fee fees will not be refunded if the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming.
The spa shown is not in operation and is not available for guests to use.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 152 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Disappointing Stay Due to Multiple Property Issues

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel future guests should be aware of the experience we had at this property. We spent over 7,500 for what we hoped would be a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but unfortunately, we encountered a number of serious issues that significantly impacted our visit.Upon arrival, we noticed several maintenance problems. Multiple burners on the stove did not work, making meal preparation difficult. The refrigerator’s ice maker and water dispenser were also out of order. Several toilets in the home were constantly running, and one bathroom had an issue with ants.The most serious problem occurred when one of the toilets overflowed, leading to unsanitary conditions that affected our group’s comfort and well-being. One of our guests even became ill afterward. This incident was extremely upsetting and made part of the home unusable.We attempted to report these problems and did eventually receive a response, but overall communication and resolution of the issues did not meet our expectations.This property had the potential to be a great vacation home, but it clearly requires better upkeep and attention to cleanliness and functionality. Based on our experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this rental to others until these issues are properly addressed.

Disappointing

The cleanliness of the house was perfect. The kitchen was not well stocked with usable cooking equipment. The property manager was very responsive to our complaint that that every single frying pan had all the non stick coating peeling off of it. There was not 1 usable one. The property manager delivered new pans that same day. There were plenty of dining and drinking ware, but cooking supplies were meager to actually cook/bake,etc.The inside of the house was very nice. Great space. We primarily rented the house for the pool and outdoor space.

Good house for the price point

This house has a nice pool and a great layout on the first floor. Location is great. There are some things that are not fully functional or broken - but it's priced that way - so pay close attention to the listing details. That said, it is managed by Vacasa who is not responsive at all. You'll call/text their central line, their central line will tell you that they can't help but the local team will contact you, and then you won't hear from the local team.

Short stay!

We were only in the house for 2 hours when my brother fell flat on floor from a puddle of water that was leaking from the ceiling ! It was so bad we had to relocate to another place on Sunday. The one door going outside didn’t open right but the kitchen was amazing and it would have been perfect for us but we had to leave so the ceiling could be fixed.

Nice House; but number of issues

Nice property; but need to address various cleanliness and maintenance issues. Number of spider webs inside; vents not cleaned; and dishes / pans not cleaned or greasy. Garbage disposal did not work unless we removed and then replugged into outlet. Dishwasher didn’t release pod so dishes didn’t get cleaned 
 had to hand wash dishes. Also, had issue with trash not getting picked up on designated day; which led to excess trash next to container and animals getting into.
