Enjoy everything island life has to offer at our beautiful Turnberry end unit villa. Relax in the two-story living room where the extra windows provide plenty of natural light. You’ll find comfy furniture and a flat screen smart TV stands ready for evening entertainment with family and friends.
Our gourmet kitchen boasts top of the line custom cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. Granite countertops highlighted by a custom-built island provide unobstructed views into the dining room as well as a great place to hang out and entertain.

Grill the perfect steak while enjoying your favorite beverage on the private deck overlooking gorgeous multiple fairway views of the Fazio course. When it’s time to cool off, or take in a good book on a lounge chair, head over to the complex pool which is less than a one minute walk. The pool is not heated, therefore remains very refreshing even in the summer months! There is also a shallow pool for the children.

The first-floor bedroom contains a queen sized bed along with a TV and connects to the newly remodeled main level bathroom with tiled shower/ tub combo and custom granite vanity.

The upstairs bedroom is complete with a King-sized bed, TV and gigantic walk in closet. The bathroom is all new as well. There is the tiled shower/tub combo and tiled floor. All new fixtures, custom vanity with a granite countertop.

The kids will not have to suffer on a pull out in main living space because WE HAVE A LOFT! This area is a favorite of our younger guests and complete with two full sized beds which can easily sleep four.

Park your car and forget about it. The Dunes Buggy Shuttle is a FREE shuttle service that picks you up at the villa and takes you to the beach anywhere within Palmetto Dunes or over to Shelter Cove. It runs 8am-9pm in the summer. It will take you and your family and all the gear you need over to the beach. Or maybe, you want to go over to Shelter Cove Harbor to do some shopping and dining.

If biking is more your style, Hilton Head Outfitters located within Palmetto Dunes, provides all the rentals you need for your outdoor activities including bikes, kayaks and beach gear. Bike rentals can be delivered to the villa before your arrival. cycling makes the trip to the beach a breeze at less than 5 minutes. Walking is easy as well at just about 15 minutes (unless you figure out the shortcut across the golf course which cuts it to less than 5. ) Driving to the beach is accomplished in minutes and parking is free. We also recommend taking the time to explore the 11 miles of lagoons within Palmetto Dunes. All this and you are located within walking distance of three championship golf courses and plenty of tennis and Pickleball courts. Palmetto Dunes offers three world class golf courses, 25 miles of bike paths, outfitters, general store, restaurants and great supermarkets close by. The perfect villa for families, golf or tennis groups anytime of the year!
