The dining table seats up to 10 guests comfortably, and the living room features a mounted TV and built-in bar with counterspace and beverage cooler. The all-weather Carolina Room is adjacent to the living room and features air conditioning, ceiling fans, comfy furniture and TV. Step outside from the Carolina Room to the large deck with patio furniture where you can relax, sunbathe, cook on the gas grill or move out to the pool deck with additional seating. The private swimming pool is fenced for privacy and safety and offers a refreshing retreat from sun or a fun escape with your family. The owners have also built a new outdoor shower that is completely fenced in for privacy when you need to rinse off unwanted sand and suntan lotion!

Four of the beautifully decorated bedrooms have a private bath, designed for comfort and privacy, including the Primary Bedroom's full Wet Room with the bathtub self-contained inside the shower. All bedrooms with private baths include three King suites and one Queen suite. One of these King Suites includes a desk and chairs with two computer monitors that can be used for gaming or remote work. The additional Queen bedroom and Bunk Bedroom share a full bath with two entrances, 2 vanities, make-up counter and walk-in shower. All bedrooms include TVs and the bunk bedroom has an additional living room with TV. All of the bathrooms, even the Serena and Lily Powder Room, have been updated with new tile, new vanities and luxury appointments.

When it is time to explore your surroundings, this Sea Pines vacation rental is a short, safe walk on a paved beach path to the famed Atlantic Ocean beaches of Hilton Head Island. Exit the fenced pool area to the beach path and you have an easy walk to the beach (1-2 minutes). At the end of Royal Tern, you will find the paved bike path that runs throughout Sea Pines and outside of the community gates if you dare to go further! Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.
