Welcome to our Luxury Villa at The Spa on Port Royal Sound! Just a leisurely stroll from the beach, this beautiful, 1st-floor condo is the perfect getaway for you and your family!

The Spa is a beautiful resort on Port Royal Sound with private beach access along with many other amenities. This includes a natural beach where you can see many local inhabitants including horse shoe crabs, blue herons, and fiddler crabs. There is a pier that is great for fishing, along with several different barbecue areas, hammocks for relaxing, and two outdoor pools. There are tennis courts right outside the villa, as well as a playground for little ones very close by. For the cooler months, there is an indoor pool, spa, and sauna.

This delightful unit offers a sunny escape that provides guests access to an indoor pool with spa, sauna, and fitness center only 3 minutes walk away, two outdoor pools (available from April to October), and overlooking the tennis courts. Guests will also enjoy quick access to parks, shopping, recreation (plenty of golf courses!), and other family fun.

This luxurious condo is designed to provide you with a peaceful and relaxing experience during your stay. Unwind in the comfortable living room, equipped with a 55" inch smart TV, where you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies, or you can take a moment to relax on the enclosed porch, savoring the fresh air and peaceful surroundings. Snacks and coffee are provided to enhance your stay, as well as an abundance of beach equipment and board games to enjoy!

A car is a necessity here, but many people rent bikes to ride on the plentiful bike paths around the island! There is plenty of parking in the resort.

A parking pass will be issued for your vehicle to be picked up at the gate upon your arrival and will last the length of your stay.

There is NO SMOKING allowed inside the condo or on the patio! Please help us keep our beautiful condo smelling great.

There are no motorcycles, RVs, or watercraft of any kind allowed in the resort.

This property observes quiet hours after 10 PM through 8 AM, and we ask guests to be aware and to comply. (This includes music, voices, happy children's running footsteps outside, etc.)

While we love pets, unfortunately they are not allowed on the resort property. There is a strict fine assessed for pets.

Renting bicycles is a great way to explore the island. Bike rentals are available online. Mike’s Bikes or The Bike Doctor are two nearby reliable bike rental stores. They both will deliver & pick up bikes for your use.
