Glide up the glass elevator overlooking the lagoon and massive pool to the top floor. Tennis your sport... enjoy the courts just beyond the pool. Enter this brand new November 2023 Dream Vacation Destination. The large efficiency comfortably sleeps four with all the comforts of home.
The brand new interior will let you slip right into relaxation mode with classic chic decor. The full kitchen will be calling your name when it is time to whip up a tasty meal, as no recipe will be too complex using the stainless appliances and cookware and dishes provided. Enjoy meals at the built in bar for four or step out to your private balcony and dine alfresco in the salty air. You will have no trouble staying entertained with the high-speed WiFi and Smart TV mounted to swivel for viewing from any area! The queen sleeper sofa is accompanied by hammock chairs; while the Serta Plus Queen Bed beckons your comfort after a long day. Plush towels and sheets are provided.

You will have no trouble hitting the sand from sunup to sundown, just across the street at Coligny Beach. Enjoy year round oceanfront entertainment and cocktails at HHI's famous TiKi Hut, less than 100 yards from the villa. Bringing the kiddos - they love to splash in the water park at the Coligny Beach Park and explore the wonders of the sea at the SandBox kids museum, both within walking distance.

We provide beach towels, high and low beach chairs, a cooler and rolling cart for your enjoyment. Umbrellas available to rent from lifeguards. Switch it up a bit and take advantage of the shared pool to escape the heat or tan in bliss. Pool deck open year round and pool open April - October.

When you want to venture out a bit, walk to the Low Country Celebration Park which frequently offers local fairs or jet over to Coligny Plaza shoppes, restaurants and entertainment, both within a short walk from your front door. Dinning out your thing...enjoy over 200 restaurants open year round to soothe your palate.

We highly recommend bringing your own bikes or renting bikes which you can securely lock at the provided bike racks in the under building garage. Hilton Head Island boast over 200 miles in paved bike paths, not to mention gliding along the shoreline!

This condo is in the perfect spot to get to awesome restaurants, the jazz corner, cowboy brazilian and the beaches. It is clean and it has everything you need to relax in a cozy space.

24th summer at HHI

One of the best properties I have stayed in at this condo complex. As a single traveler, its hard to find places that arent too big/too expensive. As a flight attendant, whoblives in hotels room, this felt like a super upgraded hotel room. And was actually cheaper than the basic hotel rooms in the same area. Iblove that I get access to a full fridge, microwave, (stove that i never use- there are too many amazing local restaurants around for me to wantbto cook), and a washer/dryer for half the price of a hotel room. Things that I rate on my travels are: AC 5/5 - I could keep the room cool to my liking and there was no override that kept me sweating at night like at many places Ive stayed. Shower 5/5 - super hot and strong which makes for an excellent relaxing shower. Bed 5/5 super comfy, i didnt want to get up some mornings. Darkness 3/5 - If I had one thing to change about the experience, it would be the room doesnt get dark enough at night because the pool lights and parking lot lights dont turn off (this was my first time staying poolside in 10 years). However I carry an eye mask and a black sheet to hang up for such issues and i just used those. The unit was super clean and welcoming when I came in. I've been vacationing in HHI for 24 years now so I generally do not need to contact owners, but based on the minimal communication I had I can tell Meredith is a great person to rent from. This is probably my number 1 choice for a unit in this building now.

Beach week!

The location overlooking the pool and cleanliness of this property are excellent. The storage, however, is lacking if you plan to stay for more than a couple of days. There were only 2 of us and I can’t imagine if 3 or 4 people were trying to stay. No closet, just a small armoire with one drawer to hold our clothes for the week. There is a shoe cabinet by the front door but it is broken. The kitchen also offers no storage for groceries. Everything had to pile on top of the refrigerator. Instead of floating shelves, cabinets should’ve been over the refrigerator, etc. When we arrived, the mini split a/c unit was leaking badly and had drenched the kitchen counters and soaked the cushions on the barstool. The maintenance technician wasn’t available until the next day so we listened to drip-drip into a stainless pot through the night as this is a studio. Fortunately it was still cooling the unit. There was a two part shower head in the bathroom but the hand held had broken away from the wall. The rug over the carpet in the living room kept shifting, constantly causing a tripping hazard. This unit would benefit by adding end tables with storage in the living room. We would stay at Forrest Villas again for it’s great location but not in this unit.

Beautiful Condo!

This is a very beautifully decorated condo in walking distance to Coligny Plaza, Coligny Beach, and Coligny Park. My family stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend and we never moved our car. We were able to walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza where there was plenty food and shopping. The only small thing was that we couldn't figure out how to work the television but we made due with our phone and tablets. Also, Meredith was very responsive so I know I could have just reached out to her as well. This was one of the best trips for my family!

LOVED IT.....THIS PLACE IS SUPERB!!!

We often spend my wife's birthday on Hilton Head around St. Patrick's Day. We have stayed on properties around Hilton Head for many years and I must say this property is by far the best we have experienced. Place is extremely clean and very cozy. Many modern upgrades and beautifully decorated. The property is quiet at night and is just across the street from the beach. Coligny Plaza is within walking distance where many restaurants are. Check in was a breeze and we had absolutely no hiccups. The unit was perfect for my wife and I. I have saved this property for future stays.
