This inviting two bedroom, two bath retreat features an open living and dining area that feels both comfortable and welcoming. Sliding doors lead directly to a private balcony with peaceful treetop views. The fully equipped kitchen makes breakfasts before the beach and casual dinners at home easy and enjoyable. The primary suite offers a king bed and an updated en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen and a full bed, providing flexible sleeping options for families or friends. PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:



* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool in advance. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.

* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

* 1686 Bluff Villa is located in Building 4, 2nd Floor. Please note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors, including first-floor villas.

1. Sign the Rental Agreement - a quick electronic signature, no printing required.

2. Guest verification - a fast, standard guest verification.

3. Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
