Sip your morning coffee, and evening cocktails, or spark up the grill for some tasty sizzling meals and dine al fresco. For less-than-perfect weather, there is a handy little covered patio for continuous relaxation.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, hosting a movie marathon on the large TV, or enjoying brunch on the deck. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with ample cupboard room, capable appliances, and a breakfast bar. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure everyone receives a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures.

Aside from the beach, don't miss out on all the attractions the area has to offer. Go sightseeing, fishing, charter a boat or go dolphin watching, hike some trails, and visit the local breweries, wineries, and museums. There are also lots of local shops and boutiques, and don't miss out on all the wonderful local eateries close by in Harbor Town. If you've never been to Hilton Head, this will surely become a favorite!

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note E-bikes are not allowed.


Please also note that Harbourtown golf course will be closed from May 10th through mid November for maintenance.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
