Welcome to Island Impact Vacation Rental at 91 Sandcastle Court, Hilton Head, South Carolina! Built in 2020, this home was designed with the goal to make many memories and allow others to do the same while on vacation. This home is located in the Folly Field Beach area on the north side of the island. Situated in the highly desirable, gated neighborhood of Sandcastle By The Sea, you will be approximately .5 miles from Folly Field Beach Park entrance. To make your time more enjoyable on Hilton Head Island we provide you with a 6 seater Alpha Club Car golf cart to travel to and from the beach. As you arrive, load your personal belongings on the elevator and take them up to each floor to make unpacking much easier. You will notice that no cost was spared and every attention to detail was thought of. On the main level is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with all the appliances, cookware, and necessities for your stay. You will enjoy the open concept main floor as you move from the kitchen to the dining room with a dining room table for up to ten. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and an island adding an additional 6 seats. After a long day of soaking up the rays at the beach or hanging out by your private heated pool, relax in the living room, or one of two full length balcony decks off the back of the home. This home features 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. There is a full bath on the main level which allows for easy access from the pool. Take the stairs or the elevator up to the 2nd level where you will find the master suite featuring a king size bed and large private master bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. There are also two additional bedrooms on the second level with queen beds and which share another full bathroom in the hallway. Also located on the second level is the laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer. On the top level you will find an additional bedroom with a queen bed as well as a bunk room/ entertainment room featuring 2 full over full bunkbeds with 2 pull out twin trundles. This room can accommodate up to 6-8 people. Enjoy time in this room playing games or compete with each other over a game of air hockey. The fourth full bath is located on this level as well. At Island Impact, we want you to enjoy time at the beach with the option to also enjoy sitting by the pool. 91 Sandcastle Court offers its own private heated plunge pool that has depths from 3 - 5 feet. There is also a 25' x 15' patio for hosting those outdoor dinners or relaxing with friends and family. Our outdoor area has plenty of seating, a 55" television, and gas grill. When it is time to go to the beach just load the beach chairs, which are provided as well as a variety of beach toys, onto the 6 seater golf cart. Take a right out of the community and you're almost there. Folly Field Beach Park is on the right hand side and has public beach access and public bathrooms on the boardwalk to the beach.

***The pool is set to heat to 85 degrees year round. When outside temperatures drop below 60 degrees, the heater may not be able to maintain set temperature 24/7 therefore we can not guarantee the temperature regulation of the pool temp when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees. ***

***This property is a shared space with the owner who often uses the property and due to documented medical conditions an assistance animal would create a health hazard to the owner. Due to this there is absolutely no animals allowed.*** Just note that you will be the only guest at the home during your stay.
***Surveillance Camera Disclosure - This property has one exterior camera that protects the property. The camera is located on the front left of the home outside of the garage and covers the front of the property and driveway area.***
