We would have given this condo rave reviews, however the bedroom carpet is wrinkled and dirty... really needs to be replaced. In addition the mattress was said to be plush, etc. in the listing... mattress was so bad and really needs replacing.Super nice are the beach and ocean view from this unit are not given enough credit... In addition there is a small oasis area directly below the unit with plants, palm trees and deer grazing daily... super nice!We visit Hilton Head Island a few times a year and if the carpet and bedroom carpet were not in such condition we'd request to stay in this same condo for all our stays as we love the specific unit... We'll likely ask the person who manages the unit on our next visit to see if the mattress and carpet have been replaced as we hope... if not we'll have to find an alternate condo to rent.

The view from our patio was wonderful. The Windsor property is well maintained with clean pools & easy beach access. The one bedroom was comfortable. The patio seating & barstools were adequate for 2 people. The sofa bed & love seat were dirty & very uncomfortable. We did not use them to sit or sleep. Management replaced the mattress & someone from housekeeping was kind enough to stop by on her way home to help us put a zip up cover on one of the replacements until a new mattress could be provided. Beach Properties was very responsive to our needs & helpful. I would recommend this unit after some updates have been made to it. We love our visits to Hilton Head and would stay at a Beach Properties unit again.

The condo was lovely! However, we did have a serious problem with the elevator which Beach Properties gave low priority to. My wife is handicapped and required use of the elevator to get to and from our 5th floor condo. The elevator completely shut down on a Thursday afternoon while we were up in the condo. I called Beach Properties and a young man answered. I explained the problem and that it was very important to get this fixed quickly because of my handicapped wife. He said he would reach out to the building managers. I asked him to do this today and call back with a status. He agreed. I heard nothing. The next day, Friday morning, the elevator was still not fixed and I had still heard nothing back from Beach Properties. I called them again at 9 a.m. and spoke to a woman who was in the office. I asked what status she had on the elevator, and she said she had not been left any message at all about the problem by her coworker! I explained the problem and the situation — again — and she said she was juggling many things but would try to get a hold of the building property manager. I emphasized that I needed to get this fixed and called back within a few hours with a status, and if we had no elevator on Saturday we could not leave the building to check out! She agreed to do this. However, by late afternoon I did see that the elevator was finally working, but I had not received a call that it was working or ever received a call about it from Beach Properties.
