Fully Equipped Kitchen: Granite countertops, full-sized appliances, Keurig coffee pot, toaster oven, blender, and all the cookware/utensils you need for family meals or entertaining.

Policies: No smoking, no pets, and no large recreational vehicles or trailers. Bikes must be secured in designated racks. Parking pass required to park in gated community.



Guest Access:

Enjoy the entire villa! A smart lock code will be provided a few days prior to check-in for easy access to the property. 1 parking pass is required and included with your reservation.



The Neighborhood:

Shorewood is a gated community. We provide our guest the gate code to the front gate and the beach gate after booking confirmation. Parking Passes are required. 2 passes will be left for our guest.

Pest Control

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
