2413 Sea Crest is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, fourth floor villa with ocean views from the living room and master bedroom balconies. There are hardwood floors throughout the spacious living room, dining area and kitchen as well as wainscoting featured in the foyer, bath and living area.

As you enter this villa the master bedroom is to the left and offers a king bed, TV and 2 chairs. There is access to a balcony where there is a round table that seats 3 and beautiful ocean views. The renovated private bath has a double vanity with granite countertops and large walk-in shower.

From the foyer to the right is the guest bedroom with two double beds, a chair and TV. The renovated en-suite bath has a double vanity, soaker tub and walk-in shower and shares access with the hallway.

The fully equipped kitchen has white cabinets, granite countertops and flat stovetop. The counter with 3 barstools makes the perfect spot for morning coffee. The attractive dining area has a glass topped table with seating for 6 and wall-to-wall mirrors making the room feel bigger and brighter. There is a queen sleeper sofa, 2 chairs and a 55" SMART TV in the living room. Enjoy beautiful ocean views from this open living area or the balcony where there is a small round table and 2 chairs.
