On the opposite side of the villa, you’ll find two spacious guest rooms. The first features a king-sized bed, a 55" smart TV with cable, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This room also offers a private balcony with a table and two chairs, perfect for relaxing while overlooking the beach and ocean. The third guest room is ideal for families, offering one double bed and one twin bed, a 32" smart TV with cable, and private access to a hall bathroom with a shower.

Additional amenities include a laundry area with a washer and dryer for added convenience. Step outside to the spacious private balcony, which offers a dining table with four chairs and two additional bar-height chairs—perfect for enjoying the stunning views, dining al fresco, or relaxing with a refreshing drink.
