2313 Villamare est un 3Úme étage, 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain, NON-FUMEUR, unité océanique, qui a vue sur l'océan à travers la cour magnifiquement paysagée, orientée vers le lagon. Il offre une intimité totale pour les couples en vacances, ou les parents qui ont besoin d'un certain temps de qualité pendant que leurs enfants bénéficient de leur propre suite individuelle. Cette suite de chambre contient 1 lit queen et 1 grand lit, 42 'écran plat HDTV, Blu-ray DVD, CD / AM-FM / systÚme de musique, téléphone, salle de bain complÚte et un balcon privé.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size, 50 HDTV à écran plat, lecteur DVD Blu-ray avec wifi, salle de bain privée avec grande douche à l'italienne, dressing, baignoire, téléphone et accÚs au balcon. Le salon confortable dispose d'un canapé et d'une causeuse, d'un lecteur DVD HDTV Blu-Ray de 55 ", tous deux dotés d'une connexion Wi-Fi et d'un accÚs au balcon. La salle à manger attenante et une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec cuisiniÚre, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, l'élimination, planche à repasser, le fer, le téléphone avec la machine et tous les ustensiles de cuisine de répondre. L'appareil contient une rondelle pleine grandeur et sÚche-linge, draps et serviettes.

La villa dispose également d'une entrée pratique sans clé, qui évite d'avoir à emporter plus de clés que nécessaire en vacances, ainsi qu'un accÚs quotidien au tennis ou au picking gratuit, un accÚs gratuit à Internet sans fil, des appels longue distance gratuits et des locations à tarif réduit via AAA RIDING .

Ralph is wonderful to work with. He is a fantastic property owner. Property is as described. Wish they had not been doing work outside to the health center, we would hear the beeps of the work vehicle early.

5 stars! This was the perfect beach vacation — exactly as described and more. We rented this condo for our family of four. The complex was great as two other families rented condos in the same building for a great group stay! The pool and beach amenities were perfect. The grocery store is right across the street from the neighborhood. We played pickle every day and had the kids in tennis clinics every morning. Super fun way to start the day. And a little breakfast ice cream at General Store makes the day complete!

The host: In 30 years of staying on HHI, I have never had a host make this much effort in being sure you enjoyed your stay. Ralph touched base before, during and after our stay to follow up and be sure everything was going well. The condo: Spotless and well appointed. This quiet unit in Villamare is located centrally on the island and is convenient to the beach, dining and shopping. Underground parking, elevators and a beautiful courtyard leads up to the two pools and beach access. Our vacation was ending right before Hurricane Helene was about to make landfall and Ralph offered for us to stay an extra night on him to be sure our drive home was safe. You cannot go wrong with booking this condo for an great vacation stay. Thank you Ralph! We will be back again soon!

My family spent a week in Hilton Head for the first time. The rental was perfect and fully furnished with everything we needed. There was a large pool and hot tub and a nice walkway onto the beach. There was underground parking for our car and rented bicycles and the elevator made checking in and out much easier. Great place and very helpful owner.

Ralph was extremely helpful, proactive and thorough in his communications. He was detail-oriented in making sure that his condo/the property would meet our needs during the booking process, was knowledgeable about the surrounding area, and was extremely easy to work with (had more communication with him than any other owner I have ever rented from in the past). The grounds at Villamare were beautiful and the condo was clean and fit our needs well. We believe that it was a great location on the island and enjoyed our stay. The outside pool area was great and had plenty of lounge chairs available. We even took advantage of the indoor pool on a rainy day, which was a nice option you don't always have at other properties. The arrival and departure process was easy also. I would not hesitate to rent from Ralph again in the future.

The location is perfect! We love Palmetto Dunes! The property is wonderful It is clean, roomy and fully stocked! The pool and beach were great! Couldn’t ask for a better vacation. Ralph was very attentive prior to and during our trip and made sure we knew he was available for anything we needed during our stay.

We have been to HHI several times and this was our first stay in Villamare. The property is well-maintained and convenient. The unit itself was beautiful! We walked in to the smell of clean. The property owner was an excellent communicator and takes great pride in his unit. This was apparent through our communications and the pristine condition of our condo. We have stayed at various properties on the island and the entire family declared that this was the best one. We will be back! Highly recommend!

We have stayed at Villamare on numerous occasions. This villa was one of the more nicely upgraded and decorated properties with high quality, substantial furniture. Appeared very recently updated, including appliances. I liked that the master bath shower was larger than usual at Villamare.

Ralph, was excellent in communicating from the time of booking to exiting the reservations. He provided brochures of the island. Property was very clean, bath towels supplied & walking distance to the beach. Our entire family enjoyed this condo & the location! We’ll be back!

The complex is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, tennis, pickleball, bike trails and the beach. The unit is lovely, well cared for, and communication with the owner was excellent. This unit does not have a particularly good view but it's location near the elevator and ice machine (but far enough to be very quiet) made up for that. The complex has both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and a fire pit and grills which were all in good working order. Highly recommend this unit!

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very nice and clean and close to everything. Great restaurants near by. Played Pickleball and walked the beach almost every day. My only suggestion would be to buy new king size sheets. They kept slipping off. Everything else was great.

This was our 1st time to Hilton Head and after reading reviews and comparing a few other VRBO's, we decided to select this one. Boy are we ever glad we did!! Firstly, Ralph made our decision easy for us because of his great communication with us, thorough emails and he even sent us some material in the mail since this was our 1st time. He truly loves his Condo and HHI and it translates into a great host. The villa was just as pictured only way more beautiful in person. It was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and just beautiful. It's a super close walk to the pool and the beach is just steps away from the pool. The grounds on which the condo's sit are stunning and well maintained as well as all of Palmetto Dunes. We loved our bike rides and strolls around the area. Ralph went out of his way to ensure that we had what we needed to have a great time and he is just a joy to work with. Cannot recommend this villa and Ralph more!

So appreciate all Ralph did to help us prepare for Hilton Head (info, restaurant suggestions, maps, pickle and tennis schedules, etc.) as well as how lovely the condo is. Plenty of space to spread out and nice amenities--closets with hangers and shoe racks, lots of drawer space, two lovely balconies, nice size kitchen and washer/dryer. All was very clean and in good repair. Close to the beach--suggest checking out the sunrises! Peaceful part of the property. I highly recommend this condo and will be back for sure!

My husband, son, and I had our first get away since the pandemic and what an incredible retreat it was. Ralph was extremely helpful and accommodating - sharing suggestions, a card for restaurant deals, and following up to make sure we had everything we need pre and post check in. The condo was beautiful and spacious - we had more than enough room being that it was three of us and location was absolutely perfect. I would go back to same location in a heartbeat!

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head, and our first time booking through VRBO. I have a feeling we just experienced the best of the best. Ralph was amazing to work with. He was extremely responsive and organized. He even sent us a big packet of brochures and magazines about all that Hilton Head has to offer, prior to our trip. This helped us plan our stay. Check in was easy and the keyless entry was very helpful. The condo was very clean and perfect for our family of 5, including 3 teenagers. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and it was nice to have a washer and dryer inside the condo. The pool and beach were a 30 second walk away. The complex was very pretty and right on the ocean. The weather was unseasonably cool but we found plenty to do. Palmetto Dunes was beautiful and central to the other areas of the island. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!
