  • Surf Court 74 est un complexe orienté océan avec entrée au premier étage. Cette propriété est une maison de ville de 3 étages avec votre salon, salle à manger, cuisine et demi-salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée. Les chambres sont aux deux niveaux suivants. Surf Court est à distance de marche de l'océan Atlantique et du centre de tennis Van Der Meer. Le salon s'ouvre sur une terrasse au niveau du sol qui vous mènera à la cour magnifiquement paysagée et à la grande piscine. King dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre 2, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre 3, plus un canapé-lit. Surf Court est à moins de 3 pâtés de maisons de Coligny Plaza, qui propose de nombreuses options pour les restaurants et les restaurants. La maison de ville est en cours de rénovation complète avec une nouvelle cuisine, des bains et des meubles. Surf Court 74 a une douche de plain-pied, 4 télévisions à écran plat et Internet sans fil.

Overall a good stay. Great location to the beach,shops and restaurants. The unit we stayed in was good. The 3rd floor bedroom stayed hot. The last night we had to open up the window in the bedroom.

Nice Hilton Head condo

Great location, not far from shopping, pickleball, restaurants and beach. Great 3 story unit with pool directly behind the condo.

Comfortable and convenient

Very close to the beach. Comfortable condo with nearly everything we needed for the week. Easy walk to the stores and restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Great place!

We love Hilton Head and we love staying down by Coligny. Easy walk to lots of shopping and restaurants. This was a great location and great place. Very clean, exactly as presented in the photos when we booked. Loved the ability to walk right out to the pool. Definitely recommend.

Family Vacation

Spent a week at the Surf Court Villa and it was a perfect spot for our family of six. Villa was perfectly situation with access to the beach, the park and close to all the amenities we needed. Will definitely return here!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the Condo. We will use it again but it does have some issues. The 3rd floor needs its own air conditioner. We ran 3 fans and it was still warm. Downstairs was freezing and 3rd floor was almost hot. We luckily are not hot natured people and did ok. The owners cabinets had been opened and could not be shut. 3rd floor bathroom drawers will almost fall out on the floor. Seems something might be broken and needs repair. The vacuum in condo need to be replaced. We cleaned it out but it made a big mess if you used it.

Family and friend vacation

Villa was exactly as it appeared in pictures. Very clean and had everything we needed. Great location - Close to beach and stores. Pool was steps from the room. Would rent again!!!

Great Location and very clean!

We would stay here again. Unit was fantastic. Super clean and well equipped (does need bbq Utensils though). Bedrooms were all large and beds was so comfy. Walking distance to beach and coligny plaza - could not beat the location. We went in March and the pool was much too cold to swim in, as it’s not heated. Other than that, great vacation. We would return and recommend this place.

Great location, clean and beautiful

My three adult daughters and my wife all enjoyed our stay. The unit was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed for our stay, and we were thrilled with the location to the beach, very nice pool, and restaurants and shopping nearby. The unit was updated and fantastic space. The master being on the third floor made it warmer that we would prefer, but otherwise we had not issues and would stay again.

Surf Court 74

WE had a great stay at Surf Court 74. We vacation in Hilton Head a few times a year and this was my first time at Surf Court. You cannot beat the location - walk across the street and there is a pathway to the beach. My teenager and his friend stayed on the middle level and shared a bathroom and I was on the top floor in the master. My only "negative" comment is that the air conditioning cools the middle level and ground floor very well but the the top floor, is definitely much warmer. They had a fan in the closet that I was able to use, but I would imagine in the summer months, the upper floor could be very warm. I did not call to check on it so in all fairness, it could have been something wrong with the system, or maybe even user error. Since it was just in the high 70's/low 80's - I made it work! Overall, great unit, beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked! All of the things you need for a great beach vacation. The management company was also very responsive to questions prior to my vacation. Thank you Surf COurt 74 for a great week!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The den was very comfortable and was the perfect setting for watching tv, playing games and family discussions. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were quite comfortable. The location of our unit was ideal! Very short walk to beach, pool and Coligny. This was our 2nd time staying in this unit and hopefully not our last! Seashore Vacations is a great company and very professional and accommodating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has plenty of seating in den which has been an issue in the past with 6 people. All beds were very comfy. First floor so literally steps from the pool. Nice grassy area for kids to run around. Not far from beach as the access is directly across from the complex. Condo was on a good and quiet location. The only issue was the top floor is the master and it was warmer than the rest of the unit. Not sure if there is a way to draw the cooler air up from the other floors since they had to be kept cooler to ensure enough air at the top. Also warning the stairs are really narrow and there are lots of them. Overall loved our unit and there were no problems at all.
