Just off the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats eight, with additional seating for six at the island.

Also on the first floor is the primary suite, offering a King bed, Smart TV, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. A separate den with pocket doors provides added flexibility, featuring a Queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace—perfect as a second living area, office, or extra sleeping space.

Upstairs, three additional bedrooms provide plenty of room for guests. One Queen bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom, while the remaining two bedrooms—one with a King bed and one with a Queen and Twin XL—share a full hallway bathroom.
