Shorewood 332 - Condo Oceanview 3e étage

Avec un balcon accessible par le salon et la chambre principale, les clients séjournant au Shorewood 332 bénéficient d'une vue magnifique sur l'océan Atlantique et la piscine Shorewood. Après des heures de surf, les vacanciers reviennent de l'océan via la promenade de la plage de Shorewood, puis se baignent dans la piscine d'eau douce ou dans un spa chauffé en saison. La piscine est chauffée du 1er mars au 30 avril et du 1er octobre au 30 novembre. Les tout-petits ont une pataugeoire séparée. Shorewood est un immeuble d'ascenseurs de cinq étages situé à South Forest Beach. Parmi les commodités offertes dans toute l'île Hilton Head, Shorewood se trouve à deux pâtés de maisons du marché de la plage de Coligny, un centre-ville pittoresque qui offre à ses clients une large sélection de restaurants, de magasins et de divertissements pour tous les âges. King dans le maître, 2 lits jumeaux dans le 2ème plus un canapé-lit queen dans le salon.

We came to HHI for a music festival and found the property as advertised and comfortable. The unit was very convenient to the activities. Rented bikes through the Vacay life and were delivered and ready for use upon arrival. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. Easy access to the beach and umbrella / chairs were available for rent. Unit could use some additional glassware as we were washing glasses frequently. We will defiantly consider staying here again for future visit.

Great, easy stay

We spent three nights (three adults, two kids <10) here and had a great experience. The condo has been updated and was very clean, and everything was in good working order. Parking was easy, beach access was convenient, pool was kid-friendly, and the location was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit we stayed in was not very clean.

We definitely over paid for this property. Stains on the carpet. Broken dining chairs. Kitchen drawers that fell out when you pulled them out. A good view of the ocean and close to the beach. The unit needs to be updated.

Great location and view

This is at a very nice location and we really enjoyed the area however the place really needs some updates. Bedroom blinds were broken and beds very uncomfortable. Only good thing was the view and location.

condo not recommended

The handle to the patio door was broken making it very hard to open and close. Strips of the blinds in the master bedroom were missing so there was no privacy. you were able to see through to the balcony. Two utensil drawers had signs on them to be careful when opening the drawer because it will fall out. Minimal kitchenware,,, So many more flaws in this condo

Great location and view but really needs updating

I can't believe anybody would rent out a vacation property that has kitchen drawers that fall out. (A note is taped to the top edge of the drawers warning "Drawers will fall out). REALLY! Also, carpet is worn out and dirty and patio chairs are rusted and broken. Not what you expect in HILTON HEAD!

This property is exactly what was advertised. The unit was comfortable and served its purpose. Everything was functional and operational and had everything that you could need for the time spent inside. This unit has quick access to the pool, beach, and if in walking distance of everything you can need.

A great week at the beach

Villa is exactly what ya see in the pictures, not great but not bad, can not beat location and view, you will never spend enough time in villa to notice any flaws unless ya look except maybe the kitchen drawers, but whatever everything else worked fine, beds not perfect but comfortable, villa was very clean & comfotable. Patio awesome furniture a little rough. We had a blast. Cant beat the price for where your at ya just cant go in expecting perfection for spending a dime.

Outdated and dirty...Owner needs to refurbish or sell!!

Management company was outstanding!!!! Property was dirty, carpet old and stained, bathrooms from the 60,s, with rust and ancient faucets, toilet was like sitting on the floor, mattress was old and sagging, drapes and blinds were falling apart, patio door was old and rusted, kitchen was a disaster, sink coming apart, drawers fell out on the floor when opened, microwave rusted and dirty,washer and dryer ancient and noisy, OLD dirt everywhere, food left in drawers and moldy, no directions for the tv, kitchen cabinets loosing their varnish and falling apart

Beautiful views and perfect location!

The apartment had a beautiful view of the ocean from the living room balcony, as well as from the master bedroom. The location could not have been better, with easy access to the pool and the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Shorewood in September

Shorewood is a beautiful property and the first time I have stayed. The unit was clean but the kitchen needs some repair (drawers, cabinets, flooring). The walls could use repair around entrance in kitchen. The unit was roomy and the furniture comfortable. The parking was great. All guests we encountered were friendly. The check-in lady was very friendly and gave excellent directions to Shorewood. The notebook in the unit with restaurant suggestions was great. We will return to Shorewood in the future. Lisa

It was in desperate need of an update. Most drawers were not on track, wallpaper was peeling off the wall and general out dated feel, felt like it had not been kept up since the 70's. Plenty of spoons, dozen or so, to cook with but only one spatula.

It was mostly nice

The property is a bit rundown, but this was not really an issue with us. It's got a great pool and is very near the ocean. Because this is an enclosed area, the beach was not nearly as busy as down the way. Everything worked, and was fairly clean. Worst was the things the cleaners are not responsible for. Some dirty dishes were in the cabinets. Also, not much cookware. It was what my family needed and the price was good.

Very Roomy, Great Location

1st time visitor to HHI. It was just me and my teenage daughter, so we had plenty of room. We didn't cook, but the appliances looked to be in good condition. Patio doors were a little hard to open from the outside. Panic only set in for a brief moment, lol. Furniture and plumbing was a little dated, but everything worked. It's a rental beach condo, so we got exactly what we expected.

Great location to everything. Good accommodations. The only thing I can say is the place is out dated. The carpet needs to be replaced. Bath tub leaked when taking a shower. I always bring my own bedding and I was glad I did.

Lovely pool area. As others have stated the condo is worn and could use some TLC. Easy walk to Coligny Plaza (boutiques, kitschy souvenirs, groceries, restaurants and bars). The Tiki Bar at the Holiday Inn is just up the beach or street and has a nice vibe.

Loved the location. Would rent in beachfront next time. Our unit needs upgrades...drawers don't glide and some fall out when opened, and walls have chipped stucco.
