Courtside 105 - Charmante maison de ville rénovée de Forest Beach

Courtside 105 est une maison de ville à deux étages, un vol au-dessus du niveau de la rue. Courtside est à 1,5 pâtés de maisons de la plage et à côté du centre de tennis Van Der Meer. Une adhésion spéciale à Van der Meer offre aux clients de Courtside des privilèges de tennis jusqu'à une heure par jour et par condo. Cette communauté a deux piscines sur place, un lagon avec fontaine et un parking à la porte d'entrée de chaque propriété. Courtside se trouve à moins de 3 pâtés de maisons de Coligny Plaza, du marché de la plage et du parc. Ce pittoresque centre-ville offre à ses clients une large sélection de restaurants, de magasins et de divertissements pour tous les âges. Lit queen dans la chambre principale, queen et twin dans la chambre 2, le salon a un canapé-lit queen. Deux salles de bain et demi, téléviseurs à écran plat, Internet sans fil et de nombreuses mises à niveau.

Receptacles in all 3 bathrooms did not work. Reported the day we arrived . Nothing done about it . Pull out couch broke could not use .Small rocking sofa chair was not safe to sit on .Fire extinguisher empty . Sliding glass door for pool access and balcony was a struggle to open all the time . Ceiling fan for the master bedroom would not turn on . Reported it but no one could help . After 3 days we located the control to the fan and it worked . Management did not help us at all . We were told someone would be by from maintenance but they never showed.After reviewing a lot of the issues we had, we realized they were issue that other people we having over the pasts couple of years and were never addressed. Will not be staying here again. Very unhappy with our stay .

Not bad but could have been better

We booked for 6 people. There is 3 beds, 2 queens and 1 twin; max this would sleep 5. There was no sheets for the pull out sofa. After requesting we did get promptly. Someone next door was banging very loudly at 545am our 2nd morning there, the walls are very thin and you can hear basically everything from outside, in the apartment, and next door. Most VRBOs ive been to have a few household items at least left over from other guests. Ie...spices, salt, pepper, flour, sugar, coffee, paper towels, paper plates etc....this one had 1 roll of paper towels and plenty of cookware but nothing else. Its just hard to pack for a trip when you dont know what will be there when you arrive. The property does have a good location to the beach and shopping if you dont mind a walk. It was also convenient that the vayklife offered gear with a credit. I was not happy that the listing price said all fees included then when i went to check out i was charged a vrbo fee of almost 125.

The location is great if you want to be close to the beach, restaurants, and essential shopping. We stayed during the low season, so the pool area was quiet and often empty — very relaxing. However, I can imagine it getting noisy during high season, as we could hear conversations from neighboring units when their balcony doors were open.The unit is well-stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils. I'm not a fan of the brown carpet, but it was clean and odor-free.That said, the gliding chair in the living area is unstable — we actually tipped it over twice just trying to sit comfortably. The biggest issue, though, was the master bedroom mattress. It was extremely soft and had a waterbed-like feel. Any movement from one person could be felt clearly by the other, making it nearly impossible to sleep soundly. Honestly, it's probably the worst mattress we've ever slept on. We are in our upper 40s and have no sleeping issues, but this mattress kicked our butts! The pillows weren’t much better — hard as rocks. For a weekly rental, I believe providing a decent sleep setup should be a priority. This isn’t a one-night hotel stay.We ended up buying two pillows during our stay and scavenged one halfway-decent pillow from the kids' room. Also worth mentioning — there's noticeable peeling paint on the ceiling in the kids' room that really should be addressed. It's too obvious to miss.On a positive note, the management was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

This was the second time we have stayed at this property and loved it. Just be sure to read the FULL rental agreement because check-in at 4 PM really means between 4 and 6 PM in the fine print.

Fantastic place

The unit is plenty big and it’s nice overlooking the pool. The proximity to the beach is terrific and the rental credit from the leasing office made weekly bike rental free. The kitchen had most of what I needed (a baking sheet & sharper knives would have be a welcome addition) The bedrooms were a nice size - the queen bed in the room facing the parking lot squeaks like maybe something detached? But my son can sleep through anything, so it wasn’t an issue for him. The unit was quiet, clean, and comfortable. THANKS We’ll be back!

Great quick trip to Hilton Head

Great location within walking distance to beach. Near all the must-haves including dining, shopping and grocery stores plus a quick drive to SeaPines attractions and golf. The condo is a bit dated and could be cleaner but overall we had a great visit and would recommend for a quick Hilton Head vacation.

Great location and value

The condo was in walking distance to beach and restaurants. Beach access was a block away. We usually stay further up on the island and this was a nice change being able to walk to many places. The townhome overlooks one of the pools. Nice and convenient.

This was our first time at HHI! We loved our stay here, it was exactly like the pics! Location was great! So close to lots of activities and restaurants! Only a 7 min walk to the beach which was very convenient!! The condo was very accommodating with all the essentials! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely spot...

Lovely, well furnished condo, but it could have been cleaner. The location was great, tons of restaurants within walking distance. The beach was a short walk away. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, but there was only salt and pepper left in the cabinets for your use. The view from the little deck overlooking the pool was great, looked so tropical with the beautiful foliage and palm trees. Friendly people at the pool too. The tiny deck was very dirty, had to sweep up a pile of dirt and sand and wipe down chairs before I sat down. Would stay again.

Great location

The walk to the beach is super easy and convenient. The pool was very nice and the property was very family friendly and quiet. A new sofa and loveseat got delivered while we were there, which was really nice. The other furniture could also use some updating, but it was perfectly fine for us!

We try to come to the island at least once a year to visit family. Out of all the rentals we have had this one was disappointing. I had to borrow pots and pans from family just to cook a meal because place had literally a skillet the size big enough to cook one egg in. The bedroom with queen and twin bed are so uncomfortable floor sleeping probably would have been just as good. We also had to call to have beds checked for bugs because my husband and I were waking up to bites every morning. They found no bugs but told us it could be no see ums. I read in some other reviews about the ceiling fan not working in 2nd bedroom and that was reported couple years ago and still does not work. So we went and bought a cheap floor fan for my husband that needs a fan to sleep. Curtains in 2nd bedroom are so stained they look like they came out of a horror movie. Everything other than these things place was decently clean, location to the pool was awesome, parking was easy, spacious, and quiet.

Lots of wonderful pool and beach time. 12 minute walk to Colygny Plaza where you will find restaurants and shopping. All meals were excellent. Everything in condo worked fine but the place could use a coat of paint. Otherwise fine

Perfect Little Spot!

This space was absolutely perfect for a two week stay with my boyfriend. Easy 15 min walk to almost everything, otherwise just a five minute drive to other places. Super close to the beach and the pool on property was perfect! Being able to walk right off the back porch to the pool was awesome. Property was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for an awesome stay. Highly recommend!
