Ce refuge de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain récemment rénové avec une grande piscine privée et un spa est niché dans une rue calme de Sea Pines et à seulement quelques pas de la plage. Les hauts plafonds et les planchers de bois franc lui donnent une sensation de plage nette. Il y a de grandes fenêtres partout. La cuisine à manger a une grande cuisine de préparation avec un réfrigérateur et un lave-vaisselle supplémentaires ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sécheuse. Les chambres et salles de bain sont confortables et spacieuses. A l'extérieur, la piscine et le spa vous offrent plaisir et détente jour et nuit! Our family of 10 including our dog really enjoyed this lovely home. It was very clean and nicely decorated with comfy, quality beds and linens. There is a lot of common space for big families with seating areas for eating and also relaxing as well as multiple large tv’s.The screen porch, with tv and fireplace was a nice place to enjoy in the evening. We loved The large kitchen with additional ice maker and cooling drawers for sodas and waters. The floors are mostly wood with some tile and very clean. Each bedroom has its own nice bathroom. The fenced yard was a big plus with little kids and a dog! The pool/spa was working and heated as we requested. It was also cleaned twice a week. An ample supply of large, quality beach towels was provided. Having the beach wagons and 4 bikes plus the beach rental credit saved us quite a bit of money. The house is located very close to a quieter area of the beach, about 200 yards away. It is a couple streets off of Sea Pines drive with ample parking if you have a few cars. What makes this house even better is the Bacation Company Management team. Having rented many homes in Sea Pines and elsewhere I can truly say that this company is A! Their App is easy to use and everything is spelled out, from exactly what they provide to what you should pack. They were always available for questions both before and during the rental.

Home is wonderful. Great layout, well appointed. Owner did a great job of supplying everything you need. Location is excellent. Only issue was the exterior double doors in both downstairs bedrooms could not be locked. I reported this to Vacation Company when we checked out, so hopefully that is corrected for the next renters.

Location was excellent. We had some challenges with the pool and air conditioning. Property management was very responsive. The furniture and rugs are worn and torn which I would not expect. Nice size kitchen with multiple tables, pantry/bar areas. Comfy beds. Easy walk to beach. Pool is nice size. Access to bikes, rafts, pools towels a bonus.

Great property!

There were 10 of us who stayed in the house and it was perfect. Kitchen, Dining, and Butlers Pantry were huge! The 10 of us all slept well in beds. There are 2 pull out sofas, but we did not need them. The only thing is that the one in the upstairs bedroom seemed like it would be a super tight squeeze if it were pulled out. The pool area was nice and the walk to the beach was easy. We did not take pets, but the area is fully enclosed if you were to bring a dog. We paid to heat the spa and it worked great. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week vacation.

Awesome weekend in Hilton Head

The house was just the right size for the 10 of us. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of refrigerator space plus a separate ice maker. The weather was great. I hope to come back soon.

The neighbors, JoAnne, are the neighbors from HELL.

I guess the owners of the rental told their neighbors they could park in the driveway, and they did NOT inform us. So when our guests arrived there was limited parking. I asked a construction worker to please not park in our driveway..and oh my gosh, the neighbor, JoAnne, came to the rental and told off my 87yr old in-law, told off my guest who was holding a toddler, and THEN cornered me in the driveway and wouldn't let me back out without telling me off, for talking to her worker!!! She said all the neighbors share everything and I had no right to talk to her worker!!! I will tell you they didn't share in the cost of our rental! It was so horrible. She kept entering the property, with her coffee in hand, and kept telling our guests how wonderful she was, and that we shouldn't be bothered by having to share the driveway with her construction workers. She was very aggressive. I do not recommend this rental. And, they do not provide, toilet paper, paper towels etc. You must bring your own. Also, one of the bedroom doors to the outside was wide open when we arrived, and the bathroom was used. Very unsettling.

Hilton Head Family Vacation

This house is amazing! Our family had a wonderful time w ample space (each individual couple had their own private bathroom). Loved the screened in porch, pool and spacious chef’s kitchen. Although many bedrooms have big jacuzzi tubs, there is definitely not enough hot water to accommodate that, but we didn’t go on vacation to take baths! Additionally, the ac wasn’t working in two rooms the first night, but the property manager was quick to get someone in for a speedy repair w/in hours of our call, and set it up so that we were not responsible for being on sight during the work. We loved that the place was dog friendly. The dog goody bag was a happy surprise for our pooch. The beach is very close—and we walked up and back easily countless times throughout the days and week. Hilton Head is paradise -or what I imagine paradise to be. Living seconds from the beach in a big, beautiful house w all the comforts of home is living in paradise. Relaxing w family in this house on the island was a dream - one we will strive to repeat each summer if possible. Great Rental! Thanx Vacation Company-you we’re awesome!

Retreat into paradise

Our family of 5 adults and 2 dogs stayed here in mid May. This is a beautiful spacious home in a peaceful tree adorned neighborhood. The pool area and the large screened porch were our favorites, but the entire home is great. Bedrooms were beautiful and comfy. The neighboorhood is quiet but alive with all ages biking. Love of native sea turtles and their protection is heartwarming. And dogs are welcomed and celebrated most everywhere. The beach was an easy 2 min walk. The pool and spa were delightful. We were surprised by the lack of a railing at the entry and the steps that were so deep maybe 15 inches. Someone with a disability or weak legs or bad knees will find difficulty getting in or out of the pool. We were able to manage with an aerobic stepper weighted down with a few bricks to reduce the step height by half. And we positioned a pool lounger and high bar stool at the side of the pool deck to function as a railing of sorts. Backing down the steps to get in and placing hands on deck of pool to get out helped. Not a graceful image but l will do just about anything to get into a pool. Haha. Parents be aware too that the steps enter into the deeper end of the pool and there really is no shallow end per se. Spa is lovely but even more of a challenge for a handicapped person. If you purchase pool heat be advised that the water level must be high enough to spill over from the spa into the pool for the heating feature to function...ie the spa heats itself and the pool.

Everything was great. The only very small issue was the bottom bedrooms were super cold all the time because the controlling thermostat was on the warmer second floor. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Fall get away

We needed to get out of city and put our tootsies in the sand. We prayed the rental would be a perfect fit and it really was. Would be a great place for thanksgiving. Kitchen is fabulous. Ending the evening on the screened in porch w the fireplace was sooo relaxing. Will be back!

Beautiful vacation home away from home

This property was perfect for our family vacation! We had 7 adults and a toddler and there was plenty of room and beds and bathrooms for everyone! The pool was nice and warm and once we called about the spa not working, it was fixed that day and was perfect the rest of the week. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute bike ride to Salty Dog! I would happily stay there again!

Family Vacation

We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for over 30 years. Our kids are older now, but this is still their favorite vacation destination to spend time together as a family. We loved this property!! Sea Pines is by far our favorite place to stay as there is so much to fill your days whether it be biking to South Beach, visiting the stables, enjoying the beach, grabbing a drink at the beach club or walking around Harbourtown. This property was everything advertised and more. It's a beautiful home a short distance from the beach. The location is perfect for beach goers as it's a quick and easy walk up the beach path to catch the sunrise, go for a walk or enjoy the beach for the entire day. The backyard pool is lovely and refreshing and the hot tub spa was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day. The home is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious! The bedrooms are large, clean, and decorated with that beachy feel. The bathrooms are clean and spacious and I loved the shower jets in the master baths!! Our favorite room was the screened in porch where we would gather for morning coffee and listen to the sounds of nature that are part of why we love Hilton Head so much. You can even hear the ocean waves especially from the front porch! We had a great week in Hilton Head and absolutely loved spending the week at his beautiful home!! Highly recommend!! Fabulous location, excellent house for all adults

The house was spacious, very clean and very well maintained and less than 2 min walk to the beach. The property management firm was also extremely responsive. Kitchen could use some cookware, platters/bowls and serving utensils for large groups. We will book this property again.

Great house

Overall great house with a functional layout. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom which is nice for multiple couples. Excellent location. Screened in porch overlooking the pool had a TV and gas fireplace. We spent most “indoor” time here and loved it! We did have difficulty operating the pool/spa and having it heat and filter properly. It took 3 days and several trips by the management company to have it right but they were very responsive each time we called and none of it stopped my kids from enjoying the great setup in the yard. The pool area also got more sun than I was expecting from the pictures so this was a bonus!

LOVE LOVE LOVED our stay!

Highly recommend this property! The house was clean and as advertised. Loved having the second kitchen and the fact that all of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms was a huge plus. This was the perfect spot for my family to reunite. The beach path was super close and only a short 5 minute walk to the beach itself. Loved the fact that the beach was private. There was hardly anyone else on the beach during our stay. The managing company was also super helpful and extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. Also, the check in/check out process couldn't have been easier. We definitely plan on booking this property again in the future!
