    3102 Sea Crest is a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom/2 bath villa with oceanfront views from the living area and second bedroom balconies. Located on the first floor, this Sea Crest rental provides the atmosphere and amenities many guests come to Hilton Head Island for.

    As you walk into the entry foyer, to the right is the Master bedroom with a King bed and a 26” flat panel TV. There is a bathroom with separate shower, soaking tub and double sinks that is shared with the hallway and main living area. Straight ahead from the foyer is the spacious living area that features magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and has easy access to the large, private balcony overlooking the pool area and beach. There is a Queen sleeper sofa and a 32 inch flat panel TV. The open floor plan makes this whole space bright, open and comfortable.

    The fully equipped kitchen features plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar that has seating for 2. Close by is the oval dining table with seating for 6. Guests will enjoy the convenience of having a full sized washer and dryer which is located just down the hallway from the entrance.

    Just off the foyer to the left, is the Guest bedroom with 2 Queen beds, a 26” flat panel TV, and a private bathroom that has a separate shower, soaking tub and double sinks. There is also a private oceanfront balcony.

    The Sea Crest Resort offers amenities such as two oceanfront pools, hot tub, children's pool, fitness center, therapy pool and a restaurant on-site. Just across the street is Coligny Plaza which has over 60 local shops, restaurants and even a grocery store. 3102 Sea Crest will truly provide you a great Hilton Head Island vacation experience.

Fall Break 2024

We had a wonderful time in this condo. Our family of 4 had more than enough room and loved the location (steps to the beach, pools and a bike ride anywhere on the island). Highly recommend!

Relaxing beachside

The view from our condo was perfect, the sounds of the waves could be heard from our room as well. It was an easy walk to the beach, or sitting poolside and listening to the sounds of the waves. So relaxing!! The beach bar was really nice and convenient.

Excellent location! Right on the beach and so easy to walk right out the back of the condo onto the sand. Pool Bar Jim's is right onsite between the condo and the beach, excellent place for a frozen drink during a day but closes at 6pm so no issues with noise at night.Easy to walk across the street to all the shops and restaurants of Coligny. Condo was also very nice, clean, A/C worked well, washer/dryer, hot water, etc all worked well. Good to know:-The hot tub is actually a small hot tub in a dark room inside the building? Outside, there was a very small pool located centrally within the pond/garden area which might have been a hot tub that was not hot when we arrived, vs simply a small pool, but otherwise we did couldn't really find the traditional outside hot tub you might except. We never rechecked that small pool after the first day though, so it is possible that IS a hot tub and they got it fixed later on.-The reason we never really had to re-check the small hot tub pool, is that they really did a nice job heating the larger outside pool on the west side of pool bar Jim's. It was semi-cool first day we arrived 3/29 but after that it was super warm, probably 85 or more, very comfortable even for grownups.Minor issues: -mattresses felt a little like an old spring mattress that is bouncy but not super supportive anymore, and as the week went our family started to feel like the mattresses were getting less comfortable for sleeping.
